Easy and cheaper
Very easy to start a new policy for our camper van. Price was 25% cheaper than previous insurer. I talked to other customers who said that Star are good at dealing with claims

Half way through my payments to…
Half way through my payments to starinsure they incorrectly accuse me of not paying.
"provide an update on this as this will be passed over to a collection agency whom will act on our behalf."
After sending proof from the bank and asking them for either an appology or more info they suddenly go quiet and unresponsive. Fair ethical companies would respond.
