We have only had two claims one for a tow and one for a windscreen and both were organised instantly and with no fuss. Courteous telephone operator who even contacted us back to make sure we were ok - all good! The refund for the tow was immediate and much appreciated and the windscreen replacement was just so easy - didn’t even have to call Star - just all done through repairer.

Prompt quote received.
We asked for a quote and received it the same day. When we were ready to switch from our previous insurer we did everything online. Everything thing was seamless. We did have to contact our previous insurer to cancel that policy naturally.

horrible experience at star insurance
horrible experience at star insurance, the processing times were extremely long, and since we have third party insurance, it is up to us to make a claim for compensation from the insurance company of the person who hit us. In the end, I don't even know who we paid for when we signed up with star

The action taken by Star Executives regarding an issue with refund calculation was dealt with satisfactorily and I am happy with the result.
Darn well done , ownership of a fault is good for all concerned , and will be addressed by some special training .
