Great service every time
I have dealt with James for my last two mortgages, he also helped me when we moved house which was a stressful time so it was great to have somebody else dealing with this side of things and being able to have the trust that everything was being handled properly and professionally. James is easy to talk to, explains everything fully and nothing is a problem. I would recommend him to anyone.🙂

Cold calling at its worst
I am on the phone now to Coutney from this company.
Phone call starts with a polite lady telling me she can save me money and from my life insurance policy.
I gave her all the wrong information as I can hear in the background cheering and screaming every few minutes, I asked what the screaming was as it was so loud , apparently its someone celebrating the birth of their baby. Well if I had to work with someone that keeps screaming about their baby every 5 minutes I would tell them to go home. More like they scream and shout every time they manage to scam some poor person.

Unsolicitated Sales Call
Had a call a call from 01562977977 (Kidderminster) claiming to be a Government Body to review my Life Insurance Policy.
Learnt, that she was in fact calling from a company, Star Limited based in PR7 1EE, who are in fact a firm of Insurance Brokers trying to sell Insurance Policy

The whole thing sounds like a scam
The whole thing sounds like a scam. I was called by a scammer pretending to be from life insurance provider and allegedly they were required by law to review my policy and to refer me to an independent company and he moved the call to this company.
Now, they either knowingly work with scammers, if not they should have known the source of the call was not from a legit insurer. Or they are partners in this scam.
I called the next day to cancel the policy once I realised it’s a scam and they said someone will call me back to resolve the issue, several days passed and no one called me.
If I notice any strange bank transactions I will take them to court.

Nathan made setting up some insurance for myself very easy and was very knowledgeable. He was professional and courteous throughout. I was impressed with how he conducted himself so I decided to get him to contact my wife to authorise me to set up insurance for her aswell

To tell you the truth once again. I had no idea what was the call about, but the lady that had explained to me if it wasn't for her. I wouldn't of got this offer and the policy that fits me absolutely a gem she was, and then my advisor who set me up he was very helpful,explained everything to me and directed me with the right policy that fits me and I can afford I definitely recommend and definitely request for Nathan for setting us up thank you! Quite funny really - scam
Quite funny really - phone call from indian call centre with a mobile phone number. Tells me I have an Aviva life insurance policy, which I don't but go along with it for the laugh anyway as I had nothing better to do. gave fake addresses, names, DOBs etc etc and he said it all matches and thank you for passing security :)
Got through to ST&R and just advised them they work with jokers.
Shame I didn't get through to Dennis though, judging by Trustpilot he seems like a real straight shooter. Doubt he exists but lets not let the truth get in the way of a good story eh!

Jake was very polite and courteous through the whole call and very empathetic when it came down to dealing with the more touching situations.
Jake worked through a number of options available and was very patient, explaining the benefits of each option. Jake always had our best interests at heart.
