The young lady who rang me,as arranged, named Jasmine, was friendly, caring & very informative. She made sure that I understood everything I had been told and repeated if necessary. She made sure several times that I was happy to buy the cover and that I was happy with the amount of life cover I had chosen& the monthly cost.

Great help and easy to understand through out the whole set up

Jordan was very professional with his approach with me. Explained everything and made sure I understood everything. I knew what I wanted and he made sure I got what I was after with no sales pitches. I give up on many phone calls because of all the sales patter. Not needed so , I am very happy indeed with everything

asked for a quote but the rude person I spoke to just wanted to read his script rather than give a quote

It was easy to answer the questions but was a bit shocked at the prices!
