We recently had sliding wardrobes fitted by Starplan Dungannon and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
A special thanks to Chantelle, who was fantastic throughout the entire process — from measuring up to helping with the design. She was extremely thorough with every detail, professional, and made sure everything was exactly right.
The joiners and fitters also did an outstanding job. The quality and workmanship are excellent, and the finished wardrobes look amazing.
We did have one minor hiccup along the way, but Justin, the manager in Dungannon, dealt with it quickly and professionally, making sure everything was sorted properly.
Overall, we are delighted with the service, quality, and attention to detail from the whole team. I would highly recommend Starplan Dungannon to anyone considering fitted wardrobes or sliding wardrobes.

Sara was pleasant, helpful and really patient with me as I kept flitting about looking at different options! The communication from starplan regarding delivery and fitting was spot on. And the 2 fitters were super efficient and helpful. I love my new bedroom - it is a wonderful haven. Thank you

We ordered our bedroom wardrobes from the Warrington branch all smiles when they took the order however they didn’t tell us they were closing down.
I gave them the room size however the sales man came out with his digital tape measure and still got it wrong what an idiot them the fitters came too fit them and had to struggle to make them fit the sales man didn’t measure the correct length and it looked crap we had to get another unit which was taken from the display units because there wednesbury office wouldn’t allow them to order any more stuff the salesman also failed to put the mirrors door on the two bed side doors now that it’s fitted they won’t replace the two door for the one we ordered the two fitters have been made redundant shame as they were good lads in fact excellent and I wish then all the best, however starplan well I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody there service and that of the salesman were terrible and they don’t care know they’ve been paid. They had the cheek to ring me a week before the fitting date to say balance was due.
ALL I CAN SAY IS BUYER BEWARE OR BETTER STILL DONT BUY FROM STARPLAN👎👎👎

Was at the Newtownabbey store for bedroom furniture. Tony was very helpful not only in store but having to re arrange delivery date.
All arrived on date specified.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Starplan.
In particular, I would like to compliment the joiners who fitted our wardrobes. They were so efficient, helpful, and professional. They worked to a very high standard and were also incredibly clean and tidy, they left the room absolutely spotless afterwards, which was very much appreciated.

The wardrobes look fantastic, and the whole experience from start to finish has been excellent. 

I will definitely be a returning customer. 

Very good customer service from Stephen in Bangor showroom listened to what ideas we had . From measuring planning and installation .very happy with the quality of the kitchen .Also Mark and his team that removed old kitchen and completed electrical work and plastering etc

Had a media wall fitted which included an electric fire , had to assemble and fit the fire myself 🤬 , noticed a few doors out of line , let the agent know and was assured I would be contacted , appx 6 weeks later nothing , sent a reminder and was assured I would receive a call that day , that was 5 days ago , still nothing , very disappointed .

Wow!, is all I can say about the in store experience in the Wednesbury showroom, completely uninterested staff who were shocked that we decided to leave.
Asked for a price for a unit they had on display that was exactly what we had been looking for and was told to "look around the corner at at stuff that's been reduced", no idea what corner she meant either.
Anyway, onwards and upwards as the service from the showroom right next door was fabulous.

From start to finish Starplan is amazing. From the designers through to the installation team couldn't fault them.
Highly recommend them.

From when we first went in, the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful especially Stephen who couldn't do enough to help us. Everything ran smoothly. Kitchen was fitted when we were told it would be. We are very pleased with our kitchen and would recommend Starplan and Stephen to anybody.

I have dealt with Starplan for many years along with my daughter. I have always been very pleased with the service and the quality/fitting of the wardrobes. However, today, Sid at the Cannock branch excelled. I have recently moved and took the wardrobes with me and two bedrooms have now gone into one. However, I was short of four matching handles. I searched everywhere to no avail and as a last resort phoned Starplan thinking I had no chance. Sid not only checked they had the handles still on supply at very little cost but said he would have them ready for ne when I went into the store. Thank you Sid and Starplan.

Great job, in and out in a few hours

The service which Starplan gave was exceptional from planning the bedroom to final installation.
The salesman (Scott) was very knowledgeable and was able to design our bedroom to suit our requirements.
The installation team were very polite & professional when they came to instal the bedroom.
I would recommend Starplan and have no hesitation in using them again.

The design representative listened to our needs and designed our bedroom furniture to our requirements

Hassel free, pleasant staff and delivery drivers, on time and quick.
