Good showroom experience and accommodating with dates and client needs. On site very efficient, neat and tidy. The only negative was the almost threatening tone of the correspondence prior to installation where you reinforced your need for the room to be clear or additional charges would be imposed - whilst I understand the requirement, it could pose a challenge to some old or disabled people. Softer language would have been more customer friendly

The hinge on my wardrobe which I had fitted by starplan 9 years ago broke.I rang them last week to see if they could help and Debbie spoke to me then hand delivered me a new one today.That's how good their after sales service is. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Excellent made bedroom furniture and beds high quality

Staff were exceptional in store, gave us ideas of what we could have in the space and measured up within days of the order. Some of the workmanship regarding the fitting wasn’t as good as I would have expected with 4 chips in the surround/ frame of the sliding robe which looked to be filled in with black felt tip pen. One of the shelves was missing a support which had fallen out but I was able to screw it back in myself. On the whole happy enough with the overall wardrobe just check carefully before you sign to say you’ve checked it .

Have dealt with starplan before we first bought our wardrobes ten years ago and they are as good as the day they were purchased great service highly recommend

The design stage was fine and fitting went well , it all went wrong with the aftercare or lack of care . A couple of items where missing and some atill are . I feel that if I didn't contact them they wouldn't of contacted Me at all because they have been paid in full and in no rush to do the snags .

The second time we have used starplan they were efficient considerate and clean, leaving us with beautiful wardrobes, good value and came highly recommended

Ordered my fitted bedroom for a fantastic price inclusive of fitting costs due to an offer with 50% off plus an additional 10%, first person we dealt with in the shop was a bit frustrating but the others in there were fantastic. All fitted within 8-9 weeks and over the moon with my new bedroom. Would highly recommend. If it wasn’t for the discounts it would have been very expensive and I wouldn’t have ordered, but the discount was amazing and allowed me to have the bedroom I dreamt of. Thanks Starplan.

We placed an order from the Warrington branch and the manager, Linda, had been absolutely dedicated and wonderful in helping us build the wardrobes as per our need. Her careful attention to detail and customer satisfaction capabilities were exceptional which was very evident in the finished outcome. They were informative of how much it would be in total up front, instalation as well as cost of wardrobes themselves, not pushy. Friendly staff.

We visited the newtownabbey branch to get an idea of fitted furniture options for our bedroom. Stephen was so helpful and took the time to talk through all our options to make the best design possible to suit us. He has been very available and easy to contact through the whole process. I would really recommend.

This is my 3rd fitted bedroom. Julie listened to us,as l wanted the bedroom to be used to it's best potential. Sadly, Mum died and the plans were put aside. Julie was so kind and compassionate. When we returned, we actually changed the colour and the design was updated. Julie was so patient with us. My son is delighted and very pleased with his new bedroom. Thanks very much for everything.

Slide robes and loose bedroom furniture purchased from Portadown branch. Staff were very helpful and slide robes were fitted perfectly and without a flaw. Fitters were very decent and tidy guys.Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend.

They listened carefully to what we wanted, planned something suitable and then delivered it exactly as detailed on the day we booked for the installation. Clean, efficient workers. All round, we are very pleased with the result and the service we received.
