Our recent two-day Snowdonia tour with Star Tours was truly a memorable experience, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Having previously joined a one-day tour with them, we were already impressed—but this extended trip was even better planned and executed.

The journey began with a very comfortable coach ride. The coach was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making the travel experience smooth and relaxing. The scenic route added to the charm, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views along the way.

The hotel stay was exceptional. Located right by the beach, it offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made the stay even more special. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully arranged—the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, the washroom was spotless and modern, and even the TV and other amenities were of top quality. Everything truly felt beyond our expectations. One of the highlights was the delicious Indian vegetarian English breakfast, which pleasantly surprised us with excellent vegetarian options suitable for Indian preferences.

A special mention goes to our tour manager, Mr. Saurabh. His guidance for everything and support throughout the trip were outstanding. He ensured that we were well-informed at every step including information regarding most visited monument and sharing all necessary details without us even needing to ask. His friendly and proactive approach made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

Overall, this was a wonderfully organized and enjoyable trip. Once again, Star Tours has delivered a fantastic travel experience, and we are already waiting for our next journey with them.

With regard to "Essence of Holland & Belgium".
The reason we went with star tours instead of other companies is because the last time there was excellent choice for pure vegetarians.
This time,in the hotel,the only pure vegetarian choices at breakfast for the days we spent there were yogurt or fruit.
We were told by the hotel staff all the breads were not suitable for pure vegetarians,also the fruit available was not of the best quality,we were very annoyed that we couldn't start our day with a good meal,it was a huge cullinary letdown,I would rate the hotel at 3*.
The tulip gardens were worth visiting but not enough time was allocated to enjoy them properly,this is something everyone on the coach we spoke to agreed with,two hours were allocated for shopping in Amsterdam on that day,if one hour had been allocated instead of two then that would have given us extra time at the tulip gardens.
On the last day when we were travellling back to catch the ferry home we did not stop for lunch either,it would have been nice to at least have had enough time to have had lunch.
Overall the trip was enjoyable & well managed by Star tours except for the above inconveniences.

I booked my tour to bath and they cancelled it without notifying me. No mail, no message and I was standing on bus station waiting for bus. They didn’t refund money, they kept on saying that we sent mail but there was no email. They didn’t refund money, and they blocked my number as well ..I seriously recommend to pay extra money but not book with them. They cancel anytime and any minute without informing

We have done the 4 day trip to Switzerland with star tours...food ,hotels and on-time and good drivers and trip managers.
The only issue is not enough time at any attraction and have to rush to not miss the bus and didn't enjoy the visit or able to take rides to limited time.
Wish they planned better with summer timings and fall timings as some places are visited in dark.
If you could look into it would be a 5* experience.

We had 3 day tour to Belgium & Holland. We were group of nine people & throughly enjoyed. The hotel and evening meals at Indian restaurant were excellent.
The tour manager, Mr Shaji was very friendly and made us all comfortable.Excellent driver Mr JJ.

Between the last week of January 2026 and 31 March 2026, I was able to complete four tours of 7 to 12 days each, all organised by Star Tours Ltd. The last two tours i was accompanied by my wife

The first tour was Wonders of the East, which covered Sikkim and North Bengal, including Gangtok, Pelling and Darjeeling. The driver-chauffeur was excellent, very familiar with the roads and directions, and took great care of me throughout. The hotels were outstanding, especially the Lemon Tree. In Pelling, I was offered cottage-style accommodation with magnificent views of the Himalayan range from the room. The service and food at the hotel were excellent. The guides in Gangtok and Darjeeling were knowledgeable and helped me understand the many points of interest in and around these places.

My next trip was Himachal Pradesh, with highlights including Chandigarh, Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie and Amritsar. This was the most scenic of all the tours. Particularly memorable were the Dalhousie cricket ground,Dalai Lama residence , the Wagah border ceremony, Jallianwala Bagh, and of course the beautiful and peaceful Golden Temple in Amritsar.

The last two tours were visits to South India. The first, Glimpse of South India, covered Bengaluru, Mysore, a safari at Bandipur, Ooty, and concluded at Coimbatore. Once again, the guides were excellent in explaining the treasures and history of Mysore and Bengaluru.

Finally, the Divine Tamil Nadu tour included Chennai, Mahabalipuram, Kanchipuram, Puducherry, Thanjavur, Rameswaram and Madurai. Visiting Dhanushkodi via Pamban Bridge in Rameswaram was especially striking, bringing you so close to Sri Lanka. The tour culminated at Madurai, where visiting the Meenakshi Temple was a truly memorable experience.

The Star Tours offices in India, manned by Sanjay and Tamay Rao, were among the most helpful aspects of the entire experience. The offices of london were a great assistance relating to India Visitors visa, quieries. Whenever I needed assistance, they were extremely helpful, responsive and receptive in dealing with all matters, no matter how small.

I also felt that ALL the chauffeurs were dedicated to taking me around safely and comfortably, always making the trip as pleasant as possible according to my preferences.

All the hotels were good, and some were truly exceptional. Hotels such as De Mandarin, Sangam and Regenta were in a class of their own in terms of comfort, ambience, service, food, facilities and décor.

Overall, these four tours were memorable, enjoyable and very well organised, and I am grateful to Star Tours Ltd London and India offices for making my travels across India such a rewarding experience.

I thoroughly enjoy traveling with Star tours once again. Furthermore, this marks my second journey with Star tours. On our first trip, we visited France, and now we went to Belgium and Netherland. I am extremely pleased with the Star Tours trip that we embarked on April 10, 2026, for a duration of three days. The manager, Rishi, led the entire team without displaying any signs of fatigue and organized everything as per the itinerary. One of the most fascinating aspects that I appreciated was the visit to the cheese factory. It was a remarkable experience, and discovering the traditional lifestyles of local farmers was an enlightening insight into their culture and beliefs. All the fellow travellers were amicable, and Rishi provided us with a wonderful experience and lasting memories through Star Tours. We relished the food and are grateful for their efforts in ensuring our happiness. Additionally, I would like to extend a special thank you to the coach driver, who transported us safely and efficiently. Although it was a lengthy journey, manager Rishi and driver Paul ensured our safety and provided us with a golden experience.Thanks to you.

We went to Swiss Alphine tour during Easter holidays. It was my fourth trip with star tours.My special thanks to our tour manager Mr.Divash Joshi and Coach captain Mr.Sikandar Bhai and Mr.Nasir Bhai. It was a memorable trip to our family.Few suggestion we need some more time to explore the tourist spot.

It was really a good experience. Recently I traveled with them and their management is extremely high class. Vincent was our tour manager and he is so polite and well behaved.

We had four days Scotland tour and overall experience was really good. The reason I rated not five and four stars due to couple of things mentioned below.

Good thing:
Good selection of excursions and good arrangements of coach. They cover most beautiful places of Scotland.
The other good thing was Food on the specific two locations Boofi and somewhere in the mall in Edinburgh was really nice. it was buffet and multiple things for vegetarian so it was quite nice.
The excursion wise they covered very very good locations so and there was a very less walking so people with old age have got knee issue back issue can easily enjoy this tour they don’t have to work a lot so that was really really nice. The other very impressive part is the Driver and the coach Declan we had have been very lovely.

Not so good:
The hotel accommodation was very very low standard very old hotel very old bad, it all looked very filthy and smelling dust. The taps were not working in the bathroom so the guy had to come a couple of times to our two rooms to fix the tab still it didn’t work. Somehow we just had to adjust one tap and then the other tab to make it work somehow. The curtains, the floor everything was very filthy stained. Very dusty. The hotel was very very low standard and the breakfast was included in the hotel which was very basic low standard again three star level as they say probably and only vegetarian option was bread and beans and some fruits that’s it which is not fair for vegetarians. They should have added few more options for breakfast. Sadly the other thing was the dinner on last day they took us to Firangi restaurant near Glasgow and they had a nice menu but the taste was awful and it was not at all eatable everybody in the coach said what the hell it was! it is just unexplainable how bad the taste was everything was too sweet too smelly. We couldn’t eat anything also the time for the dinner it was so early 7 o’clock on this day because they wanted to finish the day. I think 7.30 to 8 o’clock dinner time would be ideal but yeah it can be subjective so no comments on that but the food was awful.

I think that overall the experience was good apart from Food one day in Firangi, the hotel and the breakfast. Also, the hotel lift area was smelling like someone smoking or I don’t know what was that but it was not nice.

I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wishing to arrange a safe and enjoyable holiday to enjoy the sights, smells, and tastes of India. Special thanks to manager Rishi and captain (driver) Jigar both are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I did 5 day Swiz Alpine tour with my family and it was a great experience and value for money.
The Tour Manager Divash Joshi was a lovely person and very well organised to make us exploring all the locations . Last but not the least the coach Drivers Nasir and other were a great drivers giving us the comfortable experience aswell.

I travelled to Paris for the 4 days Disney special tour.Our tour manager Milin Gandhi and the coach driver Gavin were excellent. Both of them were extremely friendly and understanding. Everything was perfect, except for the stay in the hotel. The hotel was horrible, plates were broken and chipped every single day, hotel staff was absolutely unfriendly. Breakfast was all scattered around,we had to search for the items, no staff to assist.The housekeeping staff kept knocking on the door and just opened the door although we were in the room changing early in the morning .I am surprised Star tours chose such a hotel where everything was rubbish.

Our 6-day tour with Star Tours by British Airways (BA 568 to Milan – LIN Airport), from 1st April to 6th April 2026, was truly a memorable and enriching experience. Despite the short duration, the itinerary was thoughtfully planned and allowed us to explore a wide range of beautiful destinations in a compact yet comfortable way.

A special mention goes to our wonderful tour managers, Lugvi and Stephen Fernandes, whose dedication and warmth made this journey exceptional. Stephen, in particular, is an amazing guide—informative, caring, knowledgeable, responsible, and incredibly attentive. His constant alertness and protective nature ensured that we always felt safe and well taken care of while enjoying every moment of the trip.

What stood out most was his effort to prepare us in advance. Before visiting each destination, he would clearly brief us according to the itinerary, helping us understand what to expect and making the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free.

During meals—whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner—Stephen ensured that everyone was comfortable and had their needs met. He coordinated seamlessly with the caterers and was always observant and responsive, making sure no one was overlooked. His genuine care made us feel less like tourists and more like his own family members.

He also showed great attention toward the children in the group, guiding and caring for them with patience and kindness, which was deeply appreciated.

Stephen Fernandes is truly an asset to Star Tours, and his passion for his work shines through in everything he does. We feel grateful to have had him as our guide and would absolutely look forward to traveling with him again in the future.
