Steamery est une marque d'entretien de vêtements scandinave qui a l’ambition de moderniser la façon dont nous traitons nos vêtements.
Nous concevons des produits innovants destinés à l'entretien des vêtements. Ces derniers allient un design minimaliste à de grandes performances et à des fonctionnalités remarquables. Notre mission est d'inciter tout un chacun à mieux prendre soin de ses vêtements pour les conserver plus longtemps. À grande échelle, nous visons à ralentir les processus non responsables et à inspirer un mode de vie qui promeut la "slow fashion", une mode durable.
L'entreprise a été fondée en 2014 et compte aujourd'hui des revendeurs dans le monde entier. Nous sommes une équipe d'entrepreneurs, de designers et d'ingénieurs textiles motivés par la volonté de remoderniser l’entretien des vêtements. Notre gamme de produits comprend des défroisseurs, des rasoirs, des détergents pour le linge et des accessoires qui contribuent à prolonger la durée de vie de votre garde-robe.
Nous aimons à penser que l'on ne possède jamais vraiment un vêtement. Nous préférons l'idée d’en prendre soin jusqu'à ce qu’il trouve un prochain propriétaire.

Choix du livreur à revoir. Absente le jour J, j'ai peut être reçu un appel de la part du transporteur, mais comme il n'y a pas de message laissé sur mon répondeur je ne peux le confirmer.
Livraison prévue samedi 16, puis j'ai reçu un message pour me dire que le colis serait déposé dans un relai. J'ai fait une réclamation car ayant payé pour une livraison à domicile, et n'ayant pas été contactée pour celle-ci, je demandais à être de nouveau livrée chez moi. À part avoir reçu un message automatique m'informant que ma demande a bien été prise en compte, je n'ai aujourd'hui mardi 19 aucune information.
Quand on vend des produits de qualité à un prix relativement élevé, on peut travailler avec un transporteur sérieux, surtout quand les frais de port ne sont pas offerts.
Le 20 aout vous me proposez de me renvoyer une commande, ce que j'accepte sans frais en extra pour moi, depuis mon message, je n'ai aucun retour de votre part. J'aimerais soit être remboursée, soit que vous renvoyiez une commande et que vous vous retourniez contre le transporteur. Mais merci d'agir !

I just looked into your tracking and I can see that they indeed claim they tried to contact you and re-route the parcel to an access point. Usually when we ship to France it takes 1-3 days. I can see you've been waiting a lot longer, which is not the experience we want for our customers. I just sent you an email so we can help you further with this, as I understand it is indeed no fun to wait this long for a parcel to arrive. Talk again soon, and wish you a nice day meanwhile!

je suis déçue du produit, je pensais qu il y avait de la vapeur , ce produit chauffe comme un fer a repasser ..je m'attendais a autre chose, le réservoir est minuscule , j'ai défroissé une robe , il n'y avait plus d 'eau

Hello Gabrielle, thank you for taking the time to write a review. So sorry to read that you don't seem satisfied with the Cirrus 3 iron steamer. It is indeed a hybrid between an iron and steamer, hence the front plate has a heating function.
We usually say that one tank is enough to last for 1-3 garments, depending on size, material, amount of creases and steaming technique.

Мне не подходит сервис такого низкого уровня, по нему я сужу и качество выпускаемой продукции.
Ваш сайт выглядит лучше, чем работа вашей команды.
Очень плохая организация.

Deux bémols cependant :
- l’ouverture pour mettre l'eau dans le réservoir est vraiment minuscule. J’ai acheté gros bidon d’eau déminéralisé et je galère a remplir le réservoir sans en mettre partout a côté
- le réservoir est petit aussi. Suffisant pour faire une tenue a la fois. Donc steamez vos vêtements au fur et a mesure si vous ne voulez pas passer votre temps a reremplir le mini réservoir

Regarding the water tank - great points and feedback! We tried to find the balance between size of water tank vs not having a too large and heavy steamer. I will forward your insights internally. Have a lovely day and hope you keep enjoying the steamer through the summer.
Défroisseur plutôt décevant
J’ai été assez déçue par la performance du défroisseur qui est loin d’être aussi efficace qu’un fer à repasser. Pour l’améliorer : plus de vapeur et pouvoir bloquer le bouton : pas très facile d’appuyer en permanence. Le remplissage de l’eau n’est pas très pratique et j’ai un doute sur la solidité du dispositif à soulever pour mettre l’eau. Vous devriez aussi attendre un mois pour demander un avis. Peut être faut-il un temps de prise en main ? Je n’ai pas encore testé le rasoir ni la brosse à habit. J’espère que ce sera mieux 🙂
Vous me conseillez dans votre réponse de bien regarder vos vidéos… ce que j’avais bien entendu fait avant d’utiliser le défroisseur ! Je pense que cet appareil convient aux personnes qui n’ont pas un niveau d’exigence élevé dans ce domaine. Le fer à repasser reste, de mon point de vue, plus performant. Malheureusement je regrette cet achat mais j’imagine qu’il n’est pas possible de le renvoyer une fois essayé… je serais prête à perdre des frais des retours.

Mon premier Pilo 2 s'est avéré défectueux au bout de deux jours. Le service client m'a remplacé aussitôt le produit. J'ai renvoyé le produit HS gratuitement. Un bon de transport prépayé est joint à leur correspondance. Le SAV promet de répondre dans les 3 jours. Promesse tenue.

Super, rien a redire, retire bien les peluches et poils des manteaux et vêtements. Je conseil, très pratique puisque réutilisable. Bien mieux que les rouleaux adhésifs !

Rasoir à bouloche très efficace. Peut se mettre en décoration sur la table de l'entrée pour passer sur les vêtements avant de sortir.

Très déçue par le Steamery Pilot 2
Bonjour, mon appareil Steamery Pilot 2 a très bien fonctionné pendant les 6 premiers mois. Depuis, la charge ne tient plus et je ne peux plus m’en servir!
Ceci est inacceptable pour un article à ce prix (65€).
