Nous concevons des produits innovants destinés à l'entretien des vêtements. Ces derniers allient un design minimaliste à de grandes performances et à des fonctionnalités remarquables. Notre mission est d'inciter tout un chacun à mieux prendre soin de ses vêtements pour les conserver plus longtemps. À grande échelle, nous visons à ralentir les processus non responsables et à inspirer un mode de vie qui promeut la "slow fashion", une mode durable.
L'entreprise a été fondée en 2014 et compte aujourd'hui des revendeurs dans le monde entier. Nous sommes une équipe d'entrepreneurs, de designers et d'ingénieurs textiles motivés par la volonté de remoderniser l’entretien des vêtements. Notre gamme de produits comprend des défroisseurs, des rasoirs, des détergents pour le linge et des accessoires qui contribuent à prolonger la durée de vie de votre garde-robe.
Nous aimons à penser que l'on ne possède jamais vraiment un vêtement. Nous préférons l'idée d’en prendre soin jusqu'à ce qu’il trouve un prochain propriétaire.

Moyennement satisfait de l’utilisation du retire peluche au niveau de la puissance et du système de retrait des peluches. Il faut déboîter tout le système à chaque fois. J’espère qu’il tiendra dans le temps au vu de prix

Problème de batterie – Rasoir électrique PILOT 2 Steamery
Bonjour,
J’ai acheté un rasoir électrique PILOT 2 Steamery, mais il ne fonctionne pas correctement en raison d’un problème de batterie.
Malgré des heures, voire des nuits entières de charge, il ne tient pas la charge, ce qui semble être un problème technique. J’étais ravie à l’idée de cet achat, mais malheureusement, ce souci de batterie a complètement changé mon avis.
Étant donné que ce rasoir coûte 65 €, je trouve anormal de constater, en lisant les avis, que ce problème de batterie semble récurrent.
De plus, je trouve le service client peu accessible pour effectuer un retour, ce qui rend la situation encore plus frustrante.
Pouvez-vous m’indiquer la procédure à suivre pour un échange ou un remboursement ?

Quand pourrai je avoir ma commande ?
mon paquet a été présenté à mon domicile le vendredi 14 février. Comme j'étais absente je n'ai pas pu le récéptionner et aujourd'hui mercredi 19 , j'attends toujours et je n'ai aucune nouvelle !! Je sais qu'il doit être remis en relais mais où et quand ??
Ce n'est pas Steamery le problème mais leur mode de livraison.. DHL d'abord puis Colis privé et aujourd'hui on me dit que c'est Mondial Relay qui doit me le livrer...
J'ai enfin la livraison.. Commande le 9/02 , livraison le 20.. On a vu mieux !

I understand you've been waiting quite some time to finally receive the parcel. We know that some other people also experience issues with Colis Privé and it is a partner of DHL. We only have contracts with DHL, not their sub partners, so it is quite difficult for us to affect how they are working when it comes to delivering parcels. So so sorry for this, we completely understand this was not ideal for you. Please let us know should you have any further questions related to this and we're happy to assist.

Appareil tout neuf qui ne fonctionne pas
À la réception du Pilo 2 (65 €), j'ai allumé l'appareil 10 secondes pour le tester. Je l'ai ensuite mis en charge et depuis, il ne s'allume plus du tout. J'ai fait un mail pour savoir comment je peux renvoyer l'article et obtenir un échange. En espérant que le SAV sera plus efficace que le produit reçu.

Försenad leverans – inget paket än
Jag beställde mitt paket den 3 februari och idag är det den 12 februari, men jag har fortfarande inte fått det.
Jag har kontaktat leveransföretaget, men de kan inte ge mig ett leveransdatum.
Mycket besviken över den här upplevelsen.

I bought this device to cut the pills on my sweaters. It does not work at all as advertised. This is a waste of money.
