Made a claim and they never followed up. Called multiple times and they told me the claim officer is not longer here and the new one on extended leave.
The person on the phone was working for a subcontractor. Long story short: do not go with this insurance if you want to be covered. It looks like a scam.

Travel insurance specific to my needs…
You are one of the few companies that offer just medical rather than a full comrehensive insurance. In all my travels, I have never claimed on medical however have claimed for lost luggage etc. so cannot understand why most companies insist on comprehensive where clearly they can get a higher premium but at the expense of more claims.
