After thorough research and comparing multiple quotes, I chose Stellar Energy as my primary provider, and it was an excellent decision. I have a large array installed on a south-facing roof with two batteries, allowing me to become a net energy exporter. I expect to break even within five years. Stellar Energy is truly one of the better companies in the industry.

Please research other companies particularly if you are vulnerable-with your health - the process took 5 months instead of the promised 3 weeks - stellar energy have apologised and blamed staff change, however i wish i had known it would take so long i would have chosen a different provider- the work when finally complete is of good quality - stellar energy have asked me to consider more than 2 stars below - sorry stellar but i used 5 days annual leave waiting for intallers that never turned up when head office said they would - and had to live in a dusty house and bedroom waiting weeks for work to be done - it was left unsafe for my disabled hubby too so i think 2 stars are justified-

Appreciate your feedback. There was some set backs as with anything in life. The review has made us tighten up on some areas of the business so we take this as a way to improve our services. Unfortunately, unlike a lot of the installs we perform, yours had a few problems. Nothing is perfect I know, but we will improve with these comments in mind.
The install didn’t take 5 months for all other customers that are reading this review, it was the initial contact to completion.
The work quality is good you say.

The team that installed my solar panels was quiet, efficient, and didn’t disrupt anything. After drilling, they left no mess, and all the equipment was well placed without the need for any visible cable covers. This is the second house where I've had Stellar Energy install a system. I was very happy with the first one, so I went back to them for the second. Great company with excellent products and service!

Installation process was fast, smooth, and clean. The scaffolding was set up quickly by a contractor, but it took a while to be taken down. Stellar Energy worked hard to speed that up. I highly recommend them.
