Beware NO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES
Their webpages are very misleading as they will not ship to a residential address. I placed order on April 4th and my PayPal account was charged. I was never contacted by them informing me that my order would not ship. I contacted them on April 25th and was informed of their shipping policy. I was ordering a microscope objective, completely harmless item. My account still has not been credited. Beware if you not a business.
Update April 26th order cancelled will order objective elsewhere.
The shipping restrictions should be upfront not in the fine print. I never received the email or the phone call, I went back and checked. This may be a fine company if your a business not a hobbyist. Their consumer service is more interested in being combative then helpful you can see that from their response to my review. The tone was more about what I did wrong versus trying to complete my order.

This is a very unfair and inaccurate review of your shopping experience with us.
The following wording appears at checkout in the terms and conditions which ALL customers must accept before proceeding with a purchase:
"If you are shipping to a residential address, please contact us BEFORE you place your order to see if you qualify for an exemption. 410-764-2225. Some items are never shipped to residential addresses. Please see FAQs."
Our policy is explicit. We could have simply cancelled your order, but our customer service team took the time to reach out to you by email on April 9th to give you the option of providing a commercial address as a workaround.
This policy is to prevent sales to home based lab activities that are illicit. Unfortunately, it does mean we can't help well intentioned people as well.
Your order was made late in the day on April 5th, not the 4th. Following Passover, on April 9th Michelle Jones emailed you directly about our policy not to ship to residential addresses.
All of this is documented and available for review.
Your PayPal account was never charged. Had payment been taken, you would have received an invitation to review your experience. You had to locate our Trustpilot webpage to leave this review.
Great shipping & customer service.
Shipping is fast! When I had a question about my order, I received fast and accurate information as well.

Michelle Montieth-Jones is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! After being de-prioritized because we weren't big enough or ordering $25k worth of consumables every week, I called Michelle and she got us everything we needed within a matter of days. We are immediately switching all business over to Stellar to streamline our inventory processes.

Harmless product order not delivered to residence
Be more proactive in informing customers that their completely harmless order cannot be delivered to a residential address. Very frustrating to have a very benign order have to be shipped to a medical address.
