I ordered smth very expensive but didnt need it anymore. I told them to cancel the order one day later and they almost instantly wrote me back and I got my money back. Very trustworthy 👍

Never received & no customer service

It says it shipped a long time ago, never received it. There is ZERO way to reach any customer support. Terrible.

Poor follow through, poor support response

Still awaiting response from customer support regarding a label order. I submitted my design was advised i needed to revise it as some details were grainy or inapplicable. Made revisions, TWICE. I was told product quality reps would review my design prior to production to ensure readability. My labels went into production. Literally same design but needed 2 different sizes, one for 4oz other for 2 oz jar. 2 weeks later, I get my labels. Both are same label size! They look nothing like the preview on my order summary. Details are grainy, color is diluted and bland. I’ve emailed every email there is to reach them regarding my order so they can “make it right” as they claim on their website. I received an automated response stating someone would be in touch with me in 1 business day…. Which was 7 days ago. I wish I’d read the reviews prior to using StickerYou. Now I’m back to square one, $200 out and with 500 labels I can’t even use.

Amazing Service!!

I own and operate a truck repair business and I needed badges for my technician's winter jackets. I must say StickerYou went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our order! The customer service is amazing and the products are great quality! I highly recommend StickerYou to anyone that would need their services!

Worst Customer Service Ever!

I placed an order online, which really wasn't I wanted on sticker size but I specifically stated in my notes that I wanted different size, stated I wanted a text added, and to work on the color from my picture. The custom online feature does not let you do this. I worked with 1 person for about 2 hours back and forth on font..color..etc. Then I start dealing with another person on the size of the sticker which I told her I wanted changed. She said that my order would be canceled(which I figured)because of the price difference...but I was told to go online and start over!
WHAT..This sticker was to go a Korean Vet. Memorial Obituary. I stated from the get go this was timely matter. I told her that there is no way for me get the size of the sticker, color adj, and text from the website. I was told that it was going to cost $50 to set this up. If I would of been helped from the beginning I would of paid it because of time factor and I also had a funeral to plan. Worst customer service ever!! Website needs to updated so I can pick size...font...etc. I wouldn't have to go through such a hassle for a whole afternoon and then be told that I need to start over and it is going to cost me $50.00. I have all the emails to back up the whole story because they don't make phone calls, which I added my # for them to call me.

High quality and fast turnaround to New Zealand.

Ordered some foil stickers and some holographic stickers. The quality is second to none. This was my second order.

The product sticks well and for my use they needed to be permanently attached.

Even when the post went missing for a month, they did everything to track and ensure my delivery made it.

Excellent customer service and high end product. Will order again.

I have zero idea as to where my order is

I have zero idea as to where my order is. I paid extra to have it arrive on time. They had an issue with the artwork which I revised, sent and got a confirmation on within the timeframe to, according to them, "not delay delivery." Yet I have a tracking umber that has said the same thing since Friday, that the shipper is awaiting the item. This has totally messed up a MAJOR project presentation and the best they can say is they will refund me the rush fee. SMH.

To provide more understanding on how the process works when a package is shipped - we ship it from our facility and that can take a few days for FedEx to update the status in their system. Sometimes when a package has to go from our facility in Toronto to the border (if shipping to the US) it can take a bit longer too. However, we totally understand that in some cases the delay is due to the package taking longer in production than originally expected. Again, we sincerely apologize for this delay and frustration it has caused. Clear window decals are way too thin

Clear window decals are way too thin. May be fine for smaller designs, but it was impossible to apply with out stretching and creasing instantly. Ended up in the trash. $40 down the drain, never ordering from them again.

Permanent transfer labels

I just received, and started applying, the permanent transfer label product. Very satisfied with the product to date. The application process is straight forward, it appears to bond quite well. I was particularly satisfied with the small details that were captured. A little bit of a hiccup with the design process, but that was because I was trying to do something not necessarily common. They answered the question and it was simple from there. I am putting this labels on 75 stainless steel mugs which I think helps with adhesion. Anyhow, I will update later after a few months of use to see how they are holding up. Overall, very satisfied.

I think someone at StickerYou used or leaked my debit card information

I ordered from StickerYou on April 26th, 2024. The charge was posted to my debit card on April 29th. However, lots of other scam charges also happened at the same time. I sent StickerYou an email advising them of the situation; and that I had been forced to cancel my debit card. I also questioned, since the charge they applied for my legitimate order originated in California, that the other charges were in California. No reply. Form your own opinion! I've formed mine. UPDATE: email response from StickerYou advised they are located in Canada. The charge on my bank debit card, from StickerYou.com, is logged as coming from Eureka California.

Overall not a good sticker

I ordered 2 sets of stickers with two different designs. They double printed 1 set of designs and shipped. They then corrected the order and shipped the 1 design they left out. But it was very different than the first design I ordered and the die-cut border was shallow to the design.

They also told me to get the permanent style adhesive to stick pretty much anything. It does not stick to most the stuff I need it for.

Overall disappointment.

Still waiting on my order...

I can't even review the quality of the sticker- as I've yet to receive it. I was given a delivery date and it was tight so I paid $40 extra for rush so that the order was well within the time frame I needed the stickers for an event so I placed the order. A week or so later, I received an email saying they shipped so I'm thinking all is well. Two days later, I go to track the item and it says it's not in the USPS system. I contact customer service and she says that USPS will update when they receive the item-- umm, excuse me, I received an email 2 days ago saying they shipped. It is then explained that they have to drive the items down to the Canada/US border and that all dates are estimates because they have no control of the process. They refunded my rush delivery charge but I did not get the stickers in time for my event so they are basically useless. As of today, there is still no tracking or delivery info available so I don't know where they are or if/when they'll ever make it to me. A company should not give a delivery date if they have no clue and no control- and certainly do not charge a rush fee. First and last order from StickerYou.

So much fun

This is kind of silly, but when I was a kid it was a big deal when they came out with those photobooths that created *stickers* from your photo. Now it's like I can take any photo, or any image, and make stickers from it. And yes, I did put stickers all over the house. Fridge, tv, espresso machine. I've also been having fun creating digital art and then printing stickers. There are a lot of different configurations, I've only just gotten started, but really really happy. (Also, one of my images was a bit blurry, and they got in contact with me before printing it! So there's QC even though you place the order online, and even for small orders.)

So yay, thank you, will definitely order more.

RESELLING YOUR DESIGNS without your permission

Stickeryou has been found found selling stickers with designs from multiple artists who had no idea Stickeryou would be selling their designs. The photos can be found on Stickeryou's own twitter, as well as on the twitter of some of the artists they stole from (ex: rainylune).
Be careful uploading your sticker designs with them as you might find your designs being sold wholesale, without your knowledge.

I am beyond happy with the quality of…

I am beyond happy with the quality of my labels from this company! I use my artwork for my candle labels, and I can't express how beautiful they turn out. I recently needed an order expedited, and honesty feel they went above and beyond to make it happen. I absolutely recommend this business to everyone! The quality has taken my handmade candles to the next leveI, and customers are always curious about how I made such awesome labels. I highly recommend Sticker You, and want to say thanks so much for a great product and great service!!!

Terrible company to use for business…

Terrible company to use for business and your business labels. Even when you give them your design with proper letter sizing. They still somehow find a way to mess everything up. Wasting your money. $105 down the drain because we cannot not use the stickers. Don't use this company for printing. Your going to waste your time and money.

StickerYou is a TERRIBLE company, please do not use them.

I ordered a window decal for a client of mine from StickerYou on October 3rd and paid an additional $14.99 paid for rush shipping so it would be delivered on October 11th. It was a sign for his store which was opening that week and he needed it asap so we were both very happy that StickerYou said it would arrive by the 11th.

On the 11th my client reached out to me and said they never received their order so I reached out to StickerYou to find out what was going on. Days went by with responses like "we'll figure out what is going on and get back to you". To this day I never got an answer for what actually happened, I assume StickerYou just forgot to process the order.

October 13th, two days after it was supposed to already be delivered, I told StickerYou to forget it and cancel the order. At this time it still had not been shipped and I found someone else to make the decal. Once I said that I finally got a response asking me to reconsider. I said no, forget it, I just want to cancel the order and get my money back. The response I received was "I will inform the team of the refund and have this done accordingly for you." Remember, at this time the order still had not been shipped.

Then the day after that, I received an email from FedEx saying someone created a shipping label with my address. I was confused since the order was supposed to be cancelled but figured it was just an issue in the system.

Nope. StickerYou decided to proceed with the order anyways and told me I will not be getting it refunded. Their own return policy states they guarantee "To deliver high-quality products in a timely manner." as well as "StickerYou will refund up to the full amount that was paid to StickerYou by the customer on any single order."

When I contacted my account rep to ask what was going on I was told they decided to process the order anyways. They would not be fulfilling their guarantee and I would not be getting a refund.

I feel like I've been scammed. This is a terrible company and whenever the topic of stickers / decals comes up, ill be sure to spread the message of how StickerYou screwed me over.

Read the other reviews, I am not alone, many other people have been screwed over by them as well.
