DO NOT IGNORE THE POOR REVIEWS HERE. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I believed the positive reviews meant this company would be ok to work with but they are not. Despite reasonably good communication they made numerous mistakes in the initial stages (all of which we caught and notified them of) and even after promising that they would produce the 6 patches we needed they wound up producing only one of the patches in the total quantity. When we notified them of the mistake there was still enough time for them to re-produce our order and expedite ship it so it would arrive in time for our event. But they ghosted us and have not replied to any communication. Now we will not have the patches for our event. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Poor quality stickers.
The letters are blurry and the color did not come out the way i wanted. Do not buy unless you want to waste your money.

The defective product shipped. The delivery takes a long time. Instead of the decal, they sent me a sheet of sticky plastic with lettering that is not removable. They don't even care to provide the customers with proper instructions. And the one they had did not match the product received. Will never buy again. Wasted time and money on a poor-quality product.

I don't know what is going on with this company but they have had my money since November 2022 and it is now May 2023 and I still have not received my order, and their correspondence has been extremely intermittent and rare.

A few years ago I emailed them about a custom order. They were very helpful and helped me put it together. It arrived promptly and it was beautiful. I had placed several re-orders and that went smoothly.

Then in November of 2022 I attempted another re-order. I didn't get a response for weeks. I tried again twice, and finally someone responded and sent me an invoice, apologizing for the delay. I paid the invoice. I never got any confirmation.

I checked in once again...and again...and again. NO response.

I moved, so I sent them my new address and requested a response once again. Someone got back to me after I filled out the contact form on their site as a second attempt at correcting the address they had on file. They said they'd forward my email to whom it applies to and I'd hear back soon.

I didn't hear anything after 2 weeks.

I emailed 3 more times.

Then I got an apology that my rep was "out of town" which is utter crap and obviously a lie. I was told the order would be expedited, but I doubted that.

That was weeks ago. No expedited order, just as I thought.

I have emailed FOUR additional times demanding a refund with no response.

I've even messaged their CEO on his LinkedIn profile. He hasn't responded for weeks.

I don't even know what to do. There is no phone number. All I want is a refund. This company sucks.

I love it. The stickers came two weeks after the estimated delivery date, but it was worth the wait. I love the stickers so much omg omg I love them. The quality is very good and it came completely undamaged, unlike some packages that come from afar. ( I live in Poland🌝)

I had a wonderful experience with StickerYou. The rep that I worked with was quick with communications and ensuring my order was what I wanted. The stickers are high quality and shipped quickly. I will be ordering from them again in the future!

Order delivered very late. Wrong order. No one to communicate with. Only refunded a fraction of the charge. Worst company I've ever dealt with and this is literally the first negative review I have ever posted of any company I've worked with.

My experience has been terrible. I ordered a set of simple decals on the 25th of January. I specifically asked for the adhesive to be on the decal side, so I could place the decals inside my client's store windows. They re-ordered the items, creating a delay. When the decals arrived, they'd STILL sent decals with adhesive on the back, which was wrong.

I requested a refund on the 8th of February, where I was told it would take 7-10 days to process. 9 days later, on the 17th, I get an email saying the refund process was only just started, meaning I now have to wait another 2-7 days, on top of an already frustrating delay.

My client is unhappy, I'm unhappy. With so few products in their roster, I find it baffling how they can get a simple job so very wrong.
