I had taken my 3rd loan with Stilt and couldn’t be happier. I know it sounds weird to be happy to get a loan but when it saves your financials especially at the times like Covid, it makes you happy. The greatest thing about Stilt is that they serve to visa workers, students, foreigners and legal residents, not just citizens. Their loan process is easy, the fees are fairly priced and clear, and the app/website is easy to use, as well as track everything (status, history, balance). I also like the customer service, they are very prompt, professional, to the point and friendly.

This is my second loan through Stilt. Both times I have been thoroughly satisfied. The entire process is smooth efficient and most importantly transparent. Being an immigrant, I had to jump through a lot of hoops to even apply for loans, until I found Stilt. Also, any time I reached out to customer service, their responses were prompt and the concern was addressed quickly.

Very poor customer service. Thry never update credit reports and it affects all your credits and cant get loans. Try to ignore as much as possible. Reviews seem fake.

I had a loan of 35k$ from stilt instantly. I had reached out to multiple banks and loan companies but since I am not a US citizen and I don't own any asset here, for e.g, a house, none of the organizations was offering me a loan. That's when I found out about stilt and I contacted them and I submitted a few documents and loan was instantly transferred to my account. The process was very smooth with no hassle.
