We used Bradley McKenzie on two occasions for Home Buyers report and a defect report. We found Bradley to be extremely competent and very helpful on both occasions. He has provided detailed reports on the properties promptly, which have been of great help for our requirement.

Not only was Bradley professional from start to finish he was able to fit us in with only 3 days notice. The whole process was extremely easy from start to finish and he produced the report the next working day. Stokemont are reasonably priced for a full level 3 survey and the report was very well detailed. We would certainly have no qualms in using Stokemont again in the future.

The surveyor i appointed carried out the party wall survey and completed the party wall agreement efficiently and in good time. He was also very clear throughout in setting out what the process involved. All in all, a good service.

Stokemont dealt with my party wall agreement. They were very efficient with a fast turnaround on documents. This was my first experience with a party wall agreement and I found them very helpful to both myself and my neighbour throughout the entire process.

Our surveyor Brad managed to arrange the wall inspections with both our neighbours on the same day and shared with us the party wall award as soon as the next day! That was extremely helpful as we could ask our builder to start immediately after and avoided costly delay.
