I always have the best experience…
I always have the best experience ordering from Stones Boatyard. The products are consistently perfect, and the team always takes extra care with the packaging. Delivery is incredibly fast, and every order arrives in excellent condition.
And most of all, I love the cards with a personal message.
I genuinely recommend Stones Boatyard to anyone. In fact, when I’m looking for new YETI gear, I check Stones Boatyard before the official YETI website because I know I’ll get the best customer service experience every time.

Sold an item that you didn’t have in stock , took payment by the time I was notified it was not in stock had missed the opportunity to order another one from elsewhere in time - still waiting for refund to process - poor all round

We are really sorry - this fell well below what you should expect from us. We had a stock error on our end and let you know as soon as we spotted it, we understand your frustration and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
On the refund: it's already been processed on our side, but banks typically take 5-7 days to show it back on your original payment method - this part is outside of our control, unfortunately.
We're taking a look at how this happened so it doesn't happen again. Thanks for your patience, and sorry again for the trouble.

This is one of many orders from Stones
This is one of many orders from Stones. I made a mistake with ordering the wrong colour. Although I could live this, it was a none starter for my wife. but no problem, a simple call and the correct colour arrived the next day and a returns code for a simple return via the local Yodel point.
