Really good merchant….i chose the seafoam blue yeti load all bouquet…Hannah was really efficient and pleasant..she said it was a game changer and as far as bukits go it’s gone as far as it can id say.

Hannah was really helpful, replying promptly to our questions when buying our Yeti Tundra 45. She gave great advice about delivery, allowing us to have our Tundra delivered to us even though we travelling - and the next day delivery was next day. Also, small things, like the handwritten note from Kate, are appreciated and make all the difference to customers. Fantastic customer service and a great product which we look forward to enjoying.

I needed a Yeti go box 15 for my trip. I found a good deal online and ordered it, 10 days pass and I had 2 shipment delay notifications. It was clear it wouldn’t arrive on time. I cancelled that order and placed one with yeti directly, for next day delivery. The next day passes, nothing. No contact, no go box. I’m now stressing. So I called. I was told by Yeti to source one locally to guarantee having one. Not ideal with 24 hours to leaving for holiday! In my desperation, I turned to Stones Boatyard. I called and asked if they had one, and could they get it to me by today. YES! They assured me. And true to their word, they pulled out all the stops and it arrived first thing this morning! I’ve been absolutely blown away by their customer service and cannot rate them highly enough. Simply outstanding! I’ve used them before for Yeti and honestly? I doubt after this I will be going anywhere else.
