The website is very easy to use - we were able to find the type of marble subway tile that we were looking for to use in our backsplash. Ordering the tile was also easy. Shipping was very fast. In fact, we got a call from the trucking company (it had been snowing) asking if they could drive their truck to the delivery spot. This is excellent customer service. Once the tile was installed, it is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this company and, if given the opportunity to purchase other items from them for our remodel, we will not hesitate.

I saw a particular tile on the website that I thought might work for my project. I bought a sample, and it was well packaged and delivered promptly.

Don’t deliver on terms or promises. I received 30% damaged tiles. They even have the audacity to say 5% is normal. It isn’t. You can go to a store and pick out tiles which aren’t damaged. They ship product. Not square and edges are not glazed. Install is a nightmare. They say follow manufacturer install instruction. There are none and nothing included to even to detail in the packaging. I write them to state delivery issues and no response. There were no chips found in the plastic wrapped packing yet the tiles were damaged which shows they were shipped damaged. Again crickets. Don’t use this company.

Great expirience

I was told the tiles were from the same batch and as my previous pruchase. I never thought they would exactly match colors, the colors are not close, but the size of the tiles was different! some as much as 1/4". I was very disappointed in what I was shipped and my results were underwhelming.

The tiles I received were beautiful but a large number of the tiles had a mesh backing attached that could not be removed. The mesh was not described in the item listing, was not consistent through the order, and is not industry standard for 4x4 single tiles. I use the tiles for my business and cannot use them with the mesh for the product that I produce.
Stone Tile Depot would not accept a return without me paying for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I buy thousands of square feet of tile every year and had hoped to work with them in the future if they could provide tile without mesh but am disappointed with the return situation.
