F for CUSTOMER SERVICE

The service itself is good if you have a well-trained practitioner. Look for people with a background in personal training and/or other disciplines of body practice.

The business practice and customer service are well below modern standards. For example, even though they bill you online, you cannot cancel online. In my case, after 6 months at their highest tier of membership I wrote that I wanted to cancel future billing because my schedule had changed and I had enough sessions for the remainder of the year. I was immeditately told, sorry, we billed you two days ago but we’re going to bill you one more time — you signed a contract. Rather than express sorry to hear that, or can we find an alternative together or — you’ve been a good customer, I’ll ask the management to waive the final charge… straight to “you signed the policy.” It was abrupt, rude, and not the level of customer service one can expect for a $500/month membership. The manager/management does not care about customers, only about charging as much as they can. The service isn’t good enough to warrant the attitude. Stay away.

Rip off

They took my money for an advanced package. Every time I make a appointment, they canceled it the next day. I cannot get them to answer their phone. When I go there, they are closed. One time from a human being he said he would take care of it and he never did Now when I try to make an appointment I am blocked. They owe me money and refused to contact me. Stay away from them. This is the Kildeer store.

Bad business model

The Potomac, MD location used to be great under the previous ownership. Packages to purchase sessions and great people working there. The place expanded pretty quickly. Then new ownership and new pricing model. Things went downhill quickly. All the staff left. The place used to be filled with clients. Now just one person working there at a time stretching one person. I would schedule two sessions a month. Now they increased the price I was paying to nearly double. Sorry, not worth it.

Scam don’t trust in this people

Scam, scam, scammers. This people just give you a stretch the first day off your appointment for free and engage you in an expensive contract for 2 months, the following therapy is only 30 minutes, always the same stretch, nothing else, is like go go, if you don’t cancel 30 days before the contract they charge you no matter, even if you call them and let them know you are finishing the contract, i follow up all the procedures, and when I try to finish our agreement, they told me to do it on the App, which is totally and completely impossible to do I went there to the office I talked to the representative who was the one who gave the stretch, he says is ok and did something in the computer in front of me so I trusted he finish my contract with them, next month they charge me not only once but two times in the road, so the make me pay double in one month, I went there again to see what happen and the guy told me I have to check an Email he sent to me and finish my contract with a click on that Email, but he never told me that before or the day I went there to end contract, DONT GO THERE, at the end with too many manipulation on my mussels i got a Neuropathy and now I have to go for MRI , take my advise do not go there, they just try to get your CC NUMBER and keep charging you no matter, the government should take care of this kind of business. I’m in contact now with the better business bureau office and see if I can get my money back for the extra charges they make pay after I finished my relationship with them, wasting my time my energy and on top I got Neuropathy due to much manipulation of my mussels I don’t really recommend to any one to go to this place. Scammers

I have been struggling w/lower back…

I have been struggling w/lower back issues for years-tried acupuncture, electric stimulation, chiropractic, dry needling, physical therapy, massage and the Stretch Zone helped immediately and continues improve my condition.
AJ and Melanie have been terrific, highly recommend!

Stretch Zone is sneaky with their…

Stretch Zone is sneaky with their cancellation policy, which states that you must give them a 30 day notice. If you want to cancel within the first month of membership, you are still on the hook for another month's payment. They have no policy for those wishing to cancel within the first month of membership. Essentially they are collecting a minimum of 2 months worth of membership by manipulation, which they don't disclose that at time of signing up. I signed up on July 14 for a month. Due to injury, I need to stop going. I called August 14 to cancel my membership and was told that I will not get a refund as I did not give the 30 day notice. How could I have given a 30 day notice when I only signed up 30 days ago?? They are manipulative and dishonest. I asked for corporate contact information, Stretch Zone said they didn't have it....

Horrific customer service

When our local manager left and the regional manager took over the atmosphere, attitude and service went downhill FAST!!! I will never go back and the last comment she texted me: “you signed the membership, I don’t know what else to tell you.” Yes I did but your attitude and service SUCK!!!! Not helpful!!!

TRICKY AND DISHONEST

When I signed up at the Wellington, FL location, the person in charge gave me a tablet to add my signature but did not mention that if the treatment does not work well for me (I am 67 y.o.!), it will take 30 days even to submit the request, I will have to ask them for a link. I found that information (in tiny print, of course!) in the contract text that was emailed to me. I did not feel well after the first session and was not up to reading that night. I also decided to see if another session or two will help me feel better. After the third session I spoke to my doctor who told me to stop this treatment immediately. This is when I looked for a cancellation link on my SZ page but did not find any! I checked the contract and found out that I had to ASK them to SEND me a link to cancel and that it will take 30 DAYS to go into effect, and - drum roll! - if the renewal day falls within these 30 days, they WOULD CHARGE me anyway. It means that if I wanted to only try the service, I should have requested a link and submitted the cancellation on the same day I signed up! This tells you all about the TRICKY and DISHONEST practice of the company that cares only about your money, not your well-being! STAY AWAY!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

The therapy is good. The therapist are hit and miss and many therapist have departed due to issue below!. UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Cancellation process is horrific ("vague" "a link will be sent" is required to do so! And then... crickets)

1. Link was requested and promised on 6/28/25. Never received.
2. Multiple phone messages left- NO RETURNED CALL to date.
3. They are ONLY about your money- NOT YOU THE PERSON!

Predatory practices (so much for being in the SERVICE industry!!!) that we will challenge! DO AND BE better! We will be taking action!

Liars & theives

The people managing these franchises are snakes, say everything that is wanted during the trial session/trial period, as soon as a membership is agreed to, you are now on the hook for crazy fees, difficult cancellations and all their lies. They will tell you cancelling is not an issue, just cancel before the next time the renewal date triggers and expense, this is all bull$h**, they will claim otherwise and continue to charge, lie and steal from you. Buyer beware.

Not for me

Heavy handed, high pressure sales technique. Difficult to cancel. Many other "stretch" facilities around that I would go to instead of Stretch Zone

The Regional Manager for the Clemson

The Regional Manager for the Clemson, SC branch is extremely unprofessional. Her name is Kathi, I have looked numerous places trying to find her bosses number but have been unsuccessful. She’s rude to get team, treats them like they are beneath her, and overall conducts herself in an unprofessional way. And when I mean unprofessional I mean I have NEVER seen a manager let alone a regional manager act like this. She should be fired or at least re-trained on things such as human decency and common sense.

please read carefully before you sign the paper work with Stretch Zone

I was never informed that my credit card would be charged 99 dollar every months. I lost over 1200 dollar just keep charging in my account. I am really dissapointed with their policy. Please be aware before sign any doucments read carefully other wise you will end of paying lots of money every month even if you don't user their service.

They make it VERY difficult to get out…

They make it VERY difficult to get out of the membership. And keep charging your card. And then when I finally got them to cancel it, but I still had sessions paid for to use, they canceled my account before I had a chance to use them all. Which is good since it did my body more harm than good, the reason I was trying to stop the membership. But I lost a lot of money. Buyer Beware of doing buisness with StretchZone.
