I am very disappointed in the Stretch Zone BlueDiamond branch in Las Vegas Nevada. They seem not to have any professional etiquette by charging me when I had a family bereavement overseas as they ke... Mehr ansehen

I went in for the complementary stretch and decided to sign up for one month to give it a try being told in no uncertain terms that I could cancel with a 30 day notice. I called two days after signing... Mehr ansehen

DO NOT GIVE THEM YIUR EMAIL ADDRESS!!!
I had a good experience with my local franchise. They are receiving a one star review because I have received over 30 emails in the last 13 hours for locations that are thousands of miles from me. DO NOT GIVE THEM YIUR EMAIL ADDRESS!!!!
Stretch zone Athens Ga and Suwannee Ga…
Stretch zone Athens Ga and Suwannee Ga are straight up thieves. They do not honor their contract and somehow still use it to steal money from their clients. Their contract says that if you become disabled and are not able to use their service, they will refund your money. But that is a bald faced lie. They told me to give the $720 worth of stretches to a friend. After lying and saying to me in writing that I would be refunded. After leaving negative review and reporting them to the BBB, he emailed me to say that if I withdraw my complaint with bBB and remove my negative review, he will give me half of my money back. But only after I do do those things. I will not withdraw truthful statements and definitely don’t trust him to refund even if i did do those things after he already lied to be about refunding my money. How is this even legal? How do we press charges? When will some legal authority determine that this contract is not legal and not enforceable? How long will stretch zone be allowed to steal from people?
Cancelling the service is a nightmare!
Their business model is to take your money legally, via contract, but they make verbal commitments that hold no legal weight. I found out with my Renew Active account I could get the same service with a competitor at no cost, however, StretchZone doesn't honor it. Also, I was told I could cancel after the initial 90 days, which was my fault for signing up, but that hasn't happened, AT ALL!
So the first week I sent an email cancelling their service and another and called several times. No responses to anything, except to take money out of my account automatically.
The contract states you must give 30 days written notice (email is sufficient in court), but they are ignoring that, so I'm sending it by certified mail.
One last item, I was told verbally that the unused sessions never expire, which would have stopped me from signing up, had I been told the truth. However, now I read in the contract under section 9. Expiration that you have 90 days to use it, unless you have a medical or military exception.
The other issue is I had to close out my bank account as they are known to continue billing AFTER the request to close the account was receive, as in forever I would think. Apparently they like to use the rule of law when it suits them, but ignore it otherwise.
I regret ever having gone in to this place and I really don't like being lied to my face by employees, just to get me to sign up. If they are still in business in a few years, I will be shocked! What is bad is I never used their service, other than the original "free" visit. I reasoned they could easily do something to cause a physical issue by overstretching me to get back at me for this review, so I never went back. I have zero trust with them.
Robbed me off my $240
Robbed me off my $240. There stretch was horrible and I was forced to sign up after the free session. When I requested cancellation, they said they will cancel and refund money back. Nothing refunded. Infact they threatened to take more from my credit card. I have changed account numbers for the fear of them charging me more. I will fight this until the “Small man” wins. They fleece the local
Community.
Shady
My wife and I went in for a complimentary session and enjoyed it, and bought a couple of packages, however circumstances arose which didn't allow us to use the sessions we bought, on October 18th I called the business to let them know that we were going through a crisis and I would get in touch to discuss our membership going forward after spending 420.00 without using any of the sessions I was charged another 320.00, I called them to discuss, they were not interested in what I was going through and informed me that there would be another 100.00 cancellation fee, so they have received 800.00 and haven't provided any services, I'm done! SHADY!!!
Stay away, they are shady!
The employees there do a good job and this post is mainly not about them. Stretch Zone the company and its parent company Club Ready and scammy and shady and I highly recommend you do NOT use this business. The long and short of it is after a few months of going to Stretch Zone I cancelled. I gave plenty of notice and yet they still kept my membership going, didn’t cancel as I told them to, and are trying to charge my credit card. I liked going there but now do NOT recommend them as they will keep on billing you even if you cancel! This is a highly unethical practice and nobody should have to deal with this or them, as they really don’t care about their customers as they lead you on to believe.
