My son has been a regular at send camp since it first opened its doors. He has always been made to feel very welcome and has taken part in a huge variety of activities and experiences that he wouldn’t have the opportunity to do anywhere else (laser tag was huge hit) he has formed amazing bonds with the staff and has developed some lovely little friendships to. Staff go above and beyond to help meet the needs of all individual children that attend camp and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Want a holiday club that ACTUALLY wears you kid out and has them sound asleep as soon as their head hits the pillow? Then strive is the one 👌
Loads of different activities, keeping kids busy and making new friends 🧡
They also run the football club at my sons school which he adores!
We will be gutted when he eventually ages out but we have a few years yet!
Thanks to Rob for setting up Strive and Katelyn who is a firm favourite!

As busy working parents it’s imperative to find not only somewhere that is not only financially viable and safe but somewhere that genuinely offers fun activities that truly are a holiday from school.

I can’t put into words how grateful I am to have found strive for me. It’s removed the Mum guilt of having to work through school holiday weeks. When I pick up my daughter she is full of stories of new sports she has tried, dancing, music, craft cooking and science skills learnt and new friends made.

I love the team. I know my daughter is in safe hands and she always returns home happily exhausted having had an action packed day!

If only the schools would take some inspiration from this fabulous holiday club that is jampacked with life building skills in a non-academic environment.

UTTERLY AMAZING CAMP!
My son was booked in for the half term October camp in the new location in Strood and he absolutely LOVED it - he came out absolutely buzzing and excited and enjoyed all the activities and the staff were amazing and he has been asking to go back so we will definitely be booking again in the next holiday - thank you to the team you are brilliant!

I wanted to leave this review as I believe Strive more than deserve it! My daughter attended one of their school holiday programmes, she attended fourteen days & totally enjoyed every single one! She is five and every day she came out smiling & happy, full of stories of what she’d done each day. It was fabulous to see her so happy every single time she went. From learning how to have good dental hygiene(and s free toothbrush & toothbrush cover!) to making beautiful sparkly vases in a craft lesson to tennis, cricket, pickle ball and so so much more, my daughter completely loved everyday & looked forward to the next one! She even earned/won herself a medal one day which she was super proud of.
With regards to the staff, each one I had contact with where really nice, friendly & answered any questions I had. My daughter has to patch daily & they always made sure they knew what time it had to be removed. Although my little girl did decide to remove it a fee times herself(little monkey!) the staff where able to tell me how long she had patched for so I knew. I felt my daughter was kept safe at all times and that security was tight. Not once did I feel apprehensive leaving her in the Strive Teams care. When she had a little fall one day, she told me a lady took care of her & made her laugh!
I also have nerve damage which is disabling for me & I don’t drive. This meant that the majority of the days, my little girl was unfortunately late as we were at the mercy of taxi companies. I was pretty worried this would be a problem & I would end being told if my daughter isn’t on time then she can’t attend. This was NOT the case! I was absolutely grateful that this was accommodated and done so in a friendly helpful manner. Texting with Rob each day my daughter was late for, was both easy & responded to swiftly. I thank Strive hugely for accommodating myself and my daughter with this issue as it was a big deal to my little girl that she was able to go. Strive is most definitely more than just strictly PE & Sports & I personally think they provide a fabulous service.

We were introduced to Strive at an open evening at Chatham Grammar School, the team member who spoke with us was so engaging and enthusiastic about the facilities and activities we knew then we would have to attend. We have struggled to find camps that offer half term cover so were excited to try and booked our girls on straight away. They came home absolutely buzzing with excitement and couldn't wait to tell us everything that they had done. They both agree that Strive has been the best holiday club they have ever been to - thank you :)

My children love the strive camps and the hours are the best I have found locally as I work long hours and no one else seems to offer long provisions. My kids are different genders and ages and thoroughly enjoy their day and the activities offered

A safe, fun, inclusive holiday camp for all SEN children. Nothing is too much for the team and the love and care they show the kids is second to none. Special shout out to Leah who we’ve met at the Christmas camp and then the summer camp again this year at Danecourt. She has made my son feel welcome, relaxed and at ease on both occasions now. Thanks to all the team - you’re fantastic and we’re lucky to have you.

Strive have been absolutely brilliant with my children and helping them keep busy during the summer holidays. With different activities during the days they spent with them, they were always busy and couldn’t wait to go back the next day. Katlin and the team are all so lovely and do a brilliant job, unfortunately my son cannot come back next year (due to his age) and he is absolutely gutted! But my daughter cannot wait to return and have lots of fun with everyone!

As an only child and new to the area we found this summer camp to be invaluable - not only for the activities but also for the social aspect as she is away from all her school friends.

This was also an opportunity to try new and different things to broaden her interests and to have fun with like minded children.

We booked several seperate days so you are not tied to an entire week. This broke up the week so she had something to look forward to and on the days she was at home she never once said she was bored!

She absolutely loved it and we will be booking it next year!

I would also like to say that the staff were fantastic! They knew every child's name and were so approachable and caring to every child.

I wholly recommend stive especially the sen camp which was my kids favourite over the summer. I can't thank Scarlett enough for her kindness to us as a family and help. We look forward to coming back again. It is such a welcoming inclusive environment and my kids were actually happy to come!

My child is very anxious. He has really bad separation anxiety and finds it hard to part from us as parents. He never goes to clubs unless we are there with him. He felt so comfortable being left at this camp. His main interest is football so he loved the joint day with little ballers. He hasn’t stopped talking about it since his been! He really really enjoyed it! The staff there were absolutely amazing & he took a very big shine to them! We’ve finally found somewhere where he feels safe & happy being left without us! Thank you so much! Would recommend 100% to other people!

My daughter went to this amazing camp over the summer holiday, nothing was to much trouble for the staff and they were really kind and my daughter came home happy . The cooked meal was amazing and so helpful for me .

What an incredible team of people and a fantastic business. My 9 year old adores going to strive and has the best time every day, all the sports he loves and the options to do the theme days. He said the staff there are positive, encouraging and get the best out of everyone. Can’t recommend any higher

Strive run a well structured day and different activities through the week. My son has loved going and learning new things. Helps with my guilt with working during the summer holidays! Reasonably priced and I even booked more days as he’s loved it so much. The staff are really friendly and the same through the holidays which has kept familiarity for my son. They have a secure environment and I’ve felt my son is safe in their care. I’ll definitely be using them for other holidays. Supervision has been really good by the team. Thank you!

What a life saver!!
My little boy has been attending the SEN Strive camps for a year now and absolutely loves them. The staff are welcoming, kind, caring and truly incredible with the children. Nothing is too much for them and they go out of their way to ensure all the children are happy.
This summer they’ve brought different events in for the children, some things that they wouldn’t be able to access normally giving all children experiences they might never get.
I can not recommend Strive enough! Your children will have the best time!

Strive have actually changed our lives! They are the only SEND provision locally where my son actually feels safe and happy enough to spend his days at their SEND camp without me. He always has the best time there and the staff are all incredible. He’s actually sad that we are going on holiday for October half term as he will be missing Strive!

My son has been coming to the Rainham strive camp all summer, it has been so beneficial for both Mylo and myself, My son's confidence has flourished under the teams care, he has learnt a lot of valuable skills, as a disabled parent and I would say most working parents also feel guilty when we are not able to give our children 1-1 time or get on their level to play. The team at strive have given Mylo what I have been unable to and I am exceptionally greatful.
I would recommend any parent to give Strive a go! I'm a very anxious parent and being apart from my son is very hard, but seeing him go off in the morning with a big smile on his face has also helped my anxiety. Well done team.

My son had his 7th party today! Was amazing great team, would fully recommend anyone looking to have a party! Brilliant party my son throughly enjoyed it!❤️🎈🎁

Thank you so much for George's birthday party. It catered perfectly for his SEN needs and his friends. They had a blast on the bouncy castle, Didi cars and sensory activities. Nothing was too much trouble for Scarlet and George her helper. He supervised the guests brilliantly keeping them fully entertained throughout. Scarlet even captured lots of magical moments to remember the day. Would highly recommend all round a perfect party. Thank you.
