Stubhub no cumple con la Garantía que ofrecen
Tuve una mala experiencia con la compra de tickets. Me tocó solucionar a mí para poder asistir al concierto. Después de todo, Stubhub se comunicó conmigo y me apoyaron de forma positiva y llegamos a un buen punto.

Pésima experiencia
Compré boletos en StubHub para el concierto de Bad Bunny en el Estadio GNP de la Ciudad de México el 20 de diciembre de 2025, los cuales debían ser transferidos a través de Ticketmaster.
El día del evento nunca recibí el correo con la transferencia de los boletos, por lo que no tuve forma de aceptarlos ni de acceder a ellos. Revisé mi bandeja de entrada y spam sin encontrar ningún correo de Ticketmaster.
A pesar de ello, me trasladé con mis hijas al estadio, esperando poder resolver la situación. Estuvimos esperando hasta aproximadamente las 9:30 pm, cuando el concierto ya había iniciado, sin lograr una solución. Fue una experiencia muy frustrante y decepcionante para mi familia, especialmente para mis hijas.
Posteriormente abrí una reclamación con StubHub (caso #1257193). La empresa afirma que los boletos fueron transferidos correctamente y con base en ello rechazó cualquier reembolso. Sin embargo, el hecho es que nunca recibí los boletos ni tuve acceso a ellos, por lo que el servicio nunca se materializó para mí como consumidor.
Esto es especialmente preocupante porque StubHub promociona su FanProtect Guarantee, que promete que los compradores recibirán sus boletos a tiempo para el evento o recibirán un reembolso. En mi caso no ocurrió ninguna de las dos cosas.
Un consumidor no debería pagar por algo que nunca pudo utilizar. Comparto esta experiencia para que otros compradores estén informados. Continúo considerando mi reclamación legítima y seguiré insistiendo en el reembolso por boletos que nunca recibí.

Excelente cumplimiento …
He comprado en diferentes aplicaciones boletos para diferentes eventos. En varias no he tenido buenas experiencias en el cumplimiento de los boletos que compre y me sustituyen por boletos de mas baja categoría y no me hacen ningún reembolso. Pero con Stubhub internacional la atención que me dan es excepcional. Nunca me han fallado en la entrega de los boletos que compró. Siempre cumplen y recibo atención de un representante.

Elijo StubHub para vender mis entradas!
Tenía dos ventas, una de 1250€ por una entrada, y otra de 500€ por dos 2 entradas, y después de entregarlas, marque mi venta como entregadas, pero aun así me las cancelaron por no entregarlas. Por eso puse esta reclamación, pero se pusieron en contacto conmigo, me resolvieron el problema pagándome los 500€, me pidieron que marcará esta reseña con 5 estrellas dándola como resuelta, pero muy lejos de la realidad, lo que hicieron es pagarme la venta de 500€ para que entregara la entrada de la venta de 1250€, para que esta no me fuera pagada. Así que vuelvo a marcar esta reseña con una estrella porque no puedo poner 0 estrellas.

Siempre respondieron a mis dudas, la comunicación fue vía correo electrónico pero las respuestas fueron siempre positivas, compre boletos físicos, llegaron por paquetería lamentablemente no eran boletos originales y aplique la garantía fan Protect, solicite la reposición de las entradas vía electrónica directo a mi wallet ticketmaster y si me repusieron unas entradas en una zona mejor a la que reserve.

FAKE TICKETS - updated
They sent my ticket to the wrong direction (another STATE) and I warned them about my FAKE TICKET 24 hours before the event and they didn’t respond, they did nothing about it, of course it was a fake one!
UPDATED review:
Juan Carlos M ontacted me by phone so we could clarify the situation, and he offered me a coupon for a future purchase. I honestly wasn’t expecting anything at this point, but it’s good to know they take responsibility for what happened and that it doesn’t just end as a bad experience.
