It would have been 5 stars, though the courier service they use took delivery of the package on the Monday and didn't deliver it until the Friday. The e-mail that the delivery company sent me clearly stated in its subject "We've got your Stuff For The Kitcken Parcel - We've got your parcel! Next day service we'll let you know when it's out for delivery..." Though with the reputation of the delivery company I should be thankful it was actually delivered!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and sorry the courier took longer than expected this time.
Our standard delivery is listed as 2–5 working days just to cover the occasional delay like this, but most orders do arrive in around two days, so I completely understand why it was disappointing. We’ll keep an eye on this with the courier.
If you ever need something quickly in the future, we do have faster delivery options as well but hopefully next time it’ll be smooth and speedy as usual.

Amazing knives....Tomatoes
Amazing knives....Tomatoes, onions, cheese, etc are easily cut with no added pressure required, which means less chance of cutting yourself !!!
The sharper the knife the less chance of accidental cutting. TRUST ME IM A BUTCHER!!

Excellent Customer Service & Competitively Priced Co
I bought a gift from here - it was very competitively priced (cheaper than Amazon and JLP) and it was despatched really quickly. Unfortunately EVRI delivered it to the wrong place and the parcel was lost. Having contacted Stuff for the Kitchen, Paulo was so helpful - and arranged to send an immediate replacement for me and has started a claim against Evri.
I would 100% recommend using this company for future purchases and I’m incredibly grateful for their excellent customer service.
