Sunshine shoes not as advertised Purchased shoes that they described as…

Purchased shoes that they described as orthopaedic they came and looked like they had been made by a child. Poor quality hard interior and not orthopaedic
I emailed for a full refund and return of product and they continue to email me with silly offers instead of giving me a full refund
Avoid purchasing from this company at all costs I am still battling for my consumer rights with them

After a long wait for sandles to arrive…

After a long wait for sandles to arrive late on day I was setting off on holiday they were no good couldn’t get strap across foot it was to short .Contacted them sent pictures also they replied they would give me 20% of price and I could put them in charity shop . I emailed them back then they came back with 40% off price 😂.surely this is all wrong .so I say stay away from buying from Stuma home if you don’t want to lose money

My advice to anyone is, do not buy from this seller.
I purchased a pair of shoes described as "wide fit" They wasn't. I contacted Stunahome and after numerous suspicious emails from them I contacted PayPal as I always pay by PayPal when purchasing online.
PayPal got it resolved in 4 days.

Main complaint is the returns

Main complaint is the returns. Do not believe their policy! In order to get my 100% refund, I had to 'destroy' the shoes and send them a picture. Such a waste. Shoes were blah, didn't provide the cushioning and support I hoped.

Totally crap..

This company..if they are..are not based in UK.. China..Very poor quality..You will get only a small percentage back if you want to return items..DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM..

Beware

A rare occasion I did not check reviews here before ordering a pair of garden shoes. They arrived promptly and look good quality but do not fit. Now the company has ignored repeated requests for a return as per their stated terms.

It is always so disappointing when a potentially good supplier let's down new customers with poor systems, service and refusal to keep to agreements, It erodes all trust, and they ultimately lose customers.

I just saw the response below since I posted the review above. Absolute rubbish. After threatening action as they weren't responding they eventually tried offering a 20% refund and to keep the key the item to donate to charity. That's after they first made me send pictures to show they were unused

They have not sent a return label when I declined their grimy proposal. I'm now taking further advice on action. Do not do near this company. And Trust pilot, you are in need is verify follow up service messages designed to fake customer care

DON'T BUY

DON'T BUY. The quality is very poor and is not what they say it is. The sizes are very small. Everything I bought was small and very bad quality and when asked for refund they offered to pay back 20% from 60£ and to keep the products which is not right taking in consideration I don't want any of it, I just want my money back. And on top of all delivery was about 2 weeks.

I had negative experience buying the…

I had negative experience buying the shoes from stunahome. The delivery time is much longer than it says on their website. The parcel you order comes directly from China. The shoes I ordered are not true to size, one pair was too big another was too small. If there are any issues you have to contact them via email which they will answer every 3 days. It was never possible to sort my problem, I just wanted to return the shoes and get my money back. But that had never happened even after the numerous email. What they offer is a partial refund which does not make sense. I lost my money. Stunahome break the law because by law I have the right to get my money back if I let them know within 14 days after purchase. The shoes are poor quality, wrong shape that does not fit the normal foot, with cardboard insoles! I would never ever advice anyone to buy the shoes from this website. I am very unhappy with the quality of shoes, communication and service of stunahome. For 2 months I wrote 20 emails to them and they still did not return my money.
Here is their final answer for my £41.67 refund request.

We have two final solutions:
① Please damage the product.
Due to damage to these products, they are unable to function properly. In this case, we can arrange a full refund for you.
(Operation sequence: You need to damage it; then provide us with photos of the damage; after we review these photos, we will arrange a full refund for you)
② We offer you a refund of 29.16 GBP , but you can still keep the product.
(This solution is more environmentally friendly, while also saving return time and costs)

Do not buy anything from this company I ordered some orthopedic shoes and I checked with my bank on my bank app,and I don't have a PayPal account but it showed it was a PayPal transaction on my bank app,and I am housebound so rely doing things online so I had to block my bank card and this is very stressful as I am my son and my husband's full time carer so order the online grocery shopping and pay bills, but thankfully a amazing advisor from my bank was absolutely amazing,,he did block my bank card order a new one and managed to get it sent first class, and manage to help me pay my bills by bank transfer, yet again do not ever buy from this company because of what they are putting me through a lot of stress and anxiety and I can not order any online grocery shopping until my new bank card and as it is a bank Holiday I will probably will not get my new card until Wednesday this is not fair

To be honest they deserve minus ratings, what a shocking business they are, quality abysmal, service, what service, they refuse to send a returns label, won't sort out returns or refunds, Then to top things off they tried taking money again and again from friends card, good job she stopped the card when she did, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered some orthopedic trainers for the gym. I had the impression that the company was UK based to my big surprise they are in China. It took more than 20 days to receive the parcel.
2nd surprise the shoes were delivered in a plastic bag when I opened the bag the shoes were so tiny and could not fit I have ordered size 6 but they were size 4. I complained and requested a refund through paypal. They offered to do a partial refund. I refused and they asked me to destroy the shoes and send picfures to get a full refund. I did as requested and sent a photo. They have now stopped any communication with me and I have not received a refund.
Please avoid they are scammers. I could give 0 star but no option for this.

No shoes, No refund, doggy company.

I ordered a pair of shoes. Payment went into some private PayPal account no relation to Stunahome. Delivery date was more than 15 days from order. Company is meant to be based in 85 Tottenham Court Road
London, W1T4TQ. I asked them to cancel the order and provide full refund. I am told it will take more than 30 days for refund. I demanded it be done sooner as I am travelling. They stopped responding. I am still awaiting my full refund. I strongly advise everyone to look into poor customer service and I would not trust them. I believe their main base is in China but have a dummy office in London to fool UK customers. I say be careful in dealing with this company.

Very poor trainers and sandals

I bought a pair of 'orthopaedic' trainers and a paid or sandals from this site. The pictures and the write up looked perfect for what I was looking for.
The communication from the company is poor. I found it very difficult to get any update on my order and then 6 weeks after my order it turned up out of the blue.
I did not even need to take the trainers out of the packet to know that the quality was extremely poor - far from the supportive orthopaedic shoe that I had bought. When I did take it out of the packet instead of a size 6 they had sent a size 4. No way I could get my feet into that.
I asked for a return - that in itself is far from easy. You have to email them your request and take photos of the products you wish to return.
I then got an email back from them - they did respond very quickly, I have to give them that, stating that rather than a return they offered me 30% refund. I refused this and then they offered my 50% refund. By this stage I was beyond fed up and as I could use the sandals (even though the fit was poor) I agreed. I am now left with a pair of sub standard trainers that dont fit.
I would never use this site again and I would advise others to avoid like the plague

Excellent customer service

Wanted some comfy work safety shoes as on feet all day so ordered some orthopaedic to help with sore feet. A few hours after I looked at these reviews and could not risk getting wrong size or wrong shoes as needed them asap so sent email to cancel order which had not been dispatched and received lovely email straight away and money back within a few days thanyou

Avoid this Company at all costs. My experience is much like a lot of other people. I ordered two pairs of trainers, one pair was fine but the other pair was uncomfortable so I emailed support as per the instructions. My order came to £54.95 including free delivery as it was over £40.00. They first offered a 20% refund and said I could keep the trainers or give them to friends or family. I kept going back saying that I wanted a full refund. Their response was to keep increasing the percentage until it got to 60%. The final straw was when they suggested I damage the trainers in order to get a refund which I found very bizarre. I said there was no way I would do that. What I then suggested to them was that they refund me 28.99 for the trainers which was £6.00 less than I had paid so that the delivery cost was covered and if they were not prepared to accept this then I would resort to Chargeback. They did accept and I received my refund within two days. With Chargeback I believe you have 120 days to instigate so a few of you who have had a bad experience you might still be able to get your money back. Just contact your Credit Card company.

Shoes did arrive after 3 weeks..not happy with the shoes..definitely were not slip ins as advertised I tried to return shoes …such hard work..so much back / forth communication ..Finally I received a part refund 15th May..after so many E-mails ..Definitely would not recommended stunahome at all.. it’s a 👎 from me.

Do not waste your money people

Want to give a minus star but not an option for that. Do not waste your money buying shies from this company. Purchased shoes wore and holes in soles in under 3 weeks. Worst quality I have ever seen. Paid £30 for trainers just for work. Contacted them and got standard email highlighting product damaged after use. I can see from the rest of the reviews people feel the same. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I bought some mens shoes from Stunahome which looked like good quality from the pictures provided on their website, but when they arrived the quality was awful. I wore them on and off for 7 weeks and then the heels of both shoes began to disintegrate. I contacted the company by email with pictures of the failed areas but their response was to tell me that because I had worn them, they were not prepared to offer a replacement of refund. Awful company DO NOT USE. Really wish I had read reviews before buying.

Ordered a pair of sandals

Ordered a pair of sandals, and whilst taking a long time to come , are comfy and look sturdy and good. I’m pleased with them so far. I didn’t look at the reviews first , and would have been put off , if so. But pleased I did on this occasion.
