I got caught napping!
I was nodding off to sleep almost, when I spotted some nice looking suede boots on this companies website. I picked two colours army green and burgundy and through PayPal used my credit card. A discount of £10 was also included in the purchase. When I woke up the next morning I realised I hadreceived the confirmation email but five days later the company had me down as still waiting to be shipped. So I went to trust pilot, which I should’ve done initially before making a purchase and saw they had some of the worst reviews ever. I sent an email to the company and told them that I had read some of the worst reviews I’ve ever read in my life and I want my money back on my card within 24 hours. Actually took 120 hours. Reading many other reviews this was an excellent turnaround time to get my Money/credit returned back to my card.
This is the reason I’m giving them four stars because they didn’t mess me about for weeks on end. If anybody knows what they’re doing at the helm they seriously need to give the whole company a major shakeup. I feel the pain of all of those who have lost Money or been stuck with substandard products.

No stars actually! 'Free easy returns' they stated. They are downright liars! Do not be lured into the ads - the sandals are the wrong size and shoddily made - not worth the money whatsoever, even if they fitted!
Offered 40% refund and keep the sandals - was refunded less. They don't want the sandals returned because delivery probably costs more than the product.
In response to their response - why would I believe what you're offering now, when you've lied about everything so far...?

Sadly you can't put no stars. Absolutely shocking took nearly a month to arrive, the quality is shocking. You would probably get better from Temu. No chance to refund. Stay clear at all costs.

I'm so embarrassed I didn't check out this company before I ordered. My so called orthopedic waterproof boots, bought for a walking trip to a cold climate, are neither orthopedic or waterproof.
It's not worth the headache trying to get £30 back, based on reviews here, but lesson learned. They are utterly useless to me.b

Their goods (walking boots in my case) were absolutely rubbish. Ill fitting , poorly constructed and in no way had any orthopaedic features. They were posted out using the cheapest packing materials ever, the package contained no invoice or returns information. On managing to contact the Company they only offered a 20% refund. Fortunately, I have made my purchase via PayPal so I instigated a claim and manged to get a full refund, (thank you PayPal) but it still took a month to get my money back and was not easy. Should not be allowed to trade in the UK.

Rubbish!
Do not shop with this company. Took weeks to arrive then when I asked to return for refund as they didn’t fit, they fought for me to keep them, first offering me 20% compensation then 40% when I declined! I was glad I had paid by PayPal so had that security. Eventually they accepted a return and 6 weeks after ordering finally have my refund! It's about time they started to listen to their customers, there are hundreds of unsatisfactory reviews. Never again.

Don't buy from these people
Their shoes are very cheap and probably from the factory as Shein. They do not offer a free return on wrong size like they state. I am trying to return shoes that are too small and want to offer me a 20% discount and keep the shoes. Why? They are too small. So they expect me to pay 80% for a pair of shoes that are too small and possibly gift or donate them to someone (their advice) disgusting behaviour.

Trainers are plastic
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes but they are not what you see on the website. They were both plastic and very hard to walk in. Asked for a return, they offeredme 20% I said no then offered me 40% I still said and that I wanted to return these. Took 1 month for returns to be acknowledged and when they received them I had to chase my refund. This company does not want to have returns but I took screenshots of their return policy and that's when they finally decided to give me one. Then I looked on Temu and the exact shoes are 70% cheaper. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. Purchased two pairs of shoes and waited over a month for delivery. When I received them they weren’t leather as advertised but hard plastic. I had to send an email with photos in order to return them. I did everything asked of me. I was then offered 20% discount. When I refused They asked me to destroy one pair of them and send photos. I refused and stated that you advertise free returns, so please send returns label, they have not replied. Turns out this is an East Asian Company not European as led to believe. I am still trying to get a refund. Have flagged to PayPal. Do not buy anything from this Company as it is a con.

The sandals arrived after 3 weeks and 5…
The sandals arrived after 3 weeks and 5 days. Not as stated when ordered. They are very cheap looking, if they are leather it is so thin and they do not smell like leather. They are just about a size 6 and do fit, although creased from the plastic bag they arrived in. Bright yellow and nothing like advertised colour and look. Thankfully I only paid £19.99 and not £39.90 as on other site. Avoid this company.

Would give zilch stars if I could. Very, very disappointed with these sandals. Just foam insoles with no support. Very flimsy and they also took WEEKS, to arrive. (Must have been chasing the cow around the field first?)
Do not recommend and have unsubscribed.

Extremely poor quality
I ordered 3 pairs of sandals at a cost of just over £71. They have arrived and the soles and insoles are solid PLASTIC. Honestly plastic, with no bend at all, which for orthopedic shoes is hard to believe. They are like those dressing up shoes that you wear as a little girl. I have emailed the company for a return address and am still waiting. Honestly, steer clear of this company.

Afraid all the reviews are the same. the orthopoedic sandals are not a suitable product at all, the quality is poor. I should have realised of course for the price. they won't do a free return, as per their website information. they do give a partial refund and tell you to keep the shoes, so some charity could benefit. but you won't get what you want.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
Item was mis-sized. Refused refund initially and then started offering me refunds starting at 15% of purchase price. Final offer was 40% refund and keep the item. 'A very generous offer which means they are making big losses' apparently. Today, after nearly 4 weeks of daily contact, they have told me to destroy the item, send photos and then I will get a full refund!!! Absolutely unbelievable!!

Refund/returns problem
Please give this company a swerve. Sandals were nowhere near the quality I expected. On asking for a return/refund have had numerous emails offering me 20% or 40% of my money and the offer to keep sandals. I have repeatedly told them I want full refund and getting nowhere. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering with this company. I ordered orthopaedic sandals which turned out to be anything but. Poor quality materials and stitching and the strap broke the first time I attempted to buckle it. They offered a 50% refund and told me I could keep the goods!!! I’ll be taking this up through my bank.

I honestly don’t know how these are able to trade in UK especially as they are registered on companies house as being in UK.
I wanted to return shoes that weren’t the size they were supposed to be, they offered 20% refund and I could keep the shoes to donate to someone else!! I pushed for full refund which they eventually agreed to, now I’m waiting for payment, they say it’s refunded to PayPal and reduced my refund by the PayPal charge…. I do t use PayPal and I paid with bank debit card. Still not got money and they are saying I need to take it up with PayPal… 3 months so far and counting.

Never order off this site. One pair of sandalls came faulty, the strap at the back want long enough to fasten! They refuse to refund you and ask if yuo would like to donate them to a charity or a friend. Very bizaar!
