Cheap fakes from China SCAM

Shoes are not orthopaedic they are cheap crap from China. Fell apart within weeks then they won't refund you. Do not buy from this company it's a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY......The boots I got sent are nothing like on the website. They are cheap and nasty plastic and not genuine leather as stated. They are definitely not orthopedic as the description says I think these would damage your feet.
They look totally different from pics on listing, they don't have the logo on the sides of the boots. They are unwearable!!
I contacted the company and said I wanted a full refund, they offered 20% I said no way so they offered 40% I still wanted 100%. They went to 80% but only if I post boots back using my own money I said No ill escalate to PayPal which I did......5 minutes later I have a full refund and I don't need to send back.
USE PAYPAL FOLKS.......If you order from this joke of a company.

Avoid this company at all costs they…

Avoid this company at all costs they are scammers. Products received not as pictured on site , way too small and poor quality. My expierience is the same as the other reviews email after email offering you less than a full refund. I will not mess around with fraudsters will report to trading standards action fraud and my bank.No you have not given me details of the return address nor have I received my refund despite receiving an email saying the refund is being processed. My bank have been instructed to raise a fraud incident

They are very bad they don't even let you have a full refund on shoes that don't fit they just offer 20% or 40% PERCENT off shoes that don't even fit me don't bother ordering from them

I’ve ordered orthopedic leather shoes…

I’ve ordered orthopedic leather shoes size 5.5. After 3 weeks I received the shoes significantly smaller size than expected. No genuine leather either. Absolute rubbish! Waste of money

Rubbish company

Ordered a pair of shoes and made sure they were the right size. Took four weeks for delivery. Shoes were at least two sizes too small and way too narrow. Jumped through the hoops of taking photos of unworn shoes but company would not forward returns label. Instead offered a 10% refund and told me to keep the unworn shoes. I declined and asked for a refund and return label. Company again offered a 20%refund and to keep the shoes. I agreed just to get the small refund and learn from my mistake.

Scam, stay away


I ordered boots from this company, but they didn’t fit. According to their own website, I was entitled to a full refund if I returned them. I followed their process exactly — contacted them, provided photos, and asked for a return label.

Instead of sending me a return label (as their policy states), they repeatedly tried to pressure me into keeping the boots: first offering a 20% refund, then 40%, then 50%. They even suggested I “do a good deed” and give them away. When I continued to ask for a proper return, they told me the “final solution” was that I had to destroy the boots, send photos of the destruction, and only then would I receive a refund. They even claimed this was “environmentally unriendly" and I'm responsible for my own choices.

This is not what their website promises and felt like a scam. In the end, I had to contact my bank directly, explain what happened, and was issued a refund that way.

⚠️ Warning to others: Don’t fall for these tactics. If you have already bought something from them, go straight to your bank with the evidence. But best advice: do not buy from this company in the first place.

You will NOT get your money back

Ordered slippers for relief of Plantar Fasciitis. These were size 11 UK (46 EU). What arrived was Extra Large size 12-13 UK, contradictingly with EU size 46.

Asked for refund as they were no good for me. Was instructed to provide picture, & bizarrely one showing me wearing them, however I did this showing where on the slipper my big toe ended...about an inch½ short of slipper end.

I was offerred a 20% refund, which I refused. Over a few days to & fro emails, I was given a final offer refund of 40%.
It was quite clear they had no intention of giving a full refund, so I reluctantly accepted it.

Avoid this company!!
The order took a long time to arrive, I didnt realise they csme from China.
The trainers are not arch support like they advertise. They are cheap and in my opinion wont last long. One trainer even had a tiny bit missing from the sole
Ive requested a refund and to return, they have offered me 20% and suggested I donate them to charity!!!! Is that a joke!.
Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I'm so glad I didn't spend lots on the boots I bought. I'm usually really hot on reading reviews on trust pilot but didn't this time. These boots are absolutely terrible! The company has completely mis sold them. The images are not even slightly misleading. They have used generic images and the boots are nothing like they look on the website. I guess you get what you pay for and if it seems too good to be true it probably is. Delivery was painfully slow. I guess many people don't send back as they don't want the cost of returns. Also it would take weeks. On that basis it's a scam company. They send out rubbish and don't have to refund much.

I ordered these boots as orthopaedic…

UPDATE.
After numerous emails back and forth. I received a refund today but nit for the full amount. One of the emails I had from them stated they have numerous returns so had not yet received my returns because they don’t collect from the post office every day( very strange) I get an email most days still offering orthopaedic shoes and boots a a reduced price. How can the company still be trading. They are clearly not fit for purpose…..I ordered these boots as orthopaedic (due to foot issues) and before I saw the reviews. They arrived today from China. They are not orthopaedic. They are fashion boots and can be bought from a well known website for less than half the price. I actually have a pair of these already. This company are giving misleading descriptions of their items. Everyone be very aware this is a scam company.

Do not buy from this company they are…

Do not buy from this company they are fraudulent in their Advertising claiming their shoes and sandals are genuine leather when they are not. Making false claims regarding their shoes. Impossible to get your full refund. Claiming free return when it is not. I purchased a pair of sandals for £29 found exact ones on Shein for £5.65. The only positive is they respond to
Your emails but you won’t get the results you want. I paid £79
For absolute rubbish that failed the description Act and can’t be worn.

Incorrect shoes sizes

Incorrect shoes sizes.

i ordered 3 pairs of shoes and 1 pair of sandals the shoes were going to be for my daughters wedding next year from this company middle of July I received confirmation on 4 August to say part of order had been dispatched received 3 items 13 August fourth pair oos and i was refunded straight away, the other items were way to small even tho I went 2 sizes up for my original size i tried to get in touch with them to ask for a label to return them back to them twice i was told to take pictures of the shoes front/back/sides/soles so i could send them back and that is when the problems started they wouldn't send a label out they said to keep the shoes and give them to a charity or a family member (without a refund) when i emailed them back to say that none of the shoes were suitable they said to damage the shoes and send further photos to say they had been damaged in transit I wouldn't agree to it and said they would say the items didn't leave their warehouse like that so I still wouldn't get a refund surely it would be in their best interest to keep new customers happy so they return and also recomend to friends and family I mentioned this to them it fell on deaf ears i quoted retail law to them which they ignored, I have worked in retail for 24 years and we have always refunded to a customer when items were not suitable or fit for purpose with or without a receipt I also mentioned this to them and said I had never come across anything like this in all my retail life I was offered a partial refund but still told to keep the shoes as it would cause them a lot of inconvenience to send them back, I refused the partial refund and said it had caused myself inconvenience,and said i was going to take it further, I then got notification from them saying they would refund (not the full amount) even although I paid through PayPal and this was the the first time I had used this payment method I am still out of pocket by £20 paid £85 for these shoes and eventually got £65 back, I've never had a a problem with refunds until this company they really are a right shower of s.... I don't know how they are still trading my advice to all of yous out there read all the reviews on this company i wish i had and do not touch them with a barge pole from one very disappointed and dissatisfied customer

I should have read reviews here before…

I should have read reviews here before ordering! I didn’t receive an email confirmation of order, and no tracking information for my order so it took PayPal only minutes to fully refund my purchase. I had used PayPal as my attempt to pay directly with my credit card failed, which maybe should have warned me that this was a suspect seller.
This may indicate this company is no longer in business, which given the other reviews here would be no surprise.

I only gave one star as zero is not an option. Do not buy from this company.I bought some"orthopedic " leather slippers. When they arrived they did not have any arch support and were made of horrible thin material with poor quality plastic soles. As per instructions I emailed to arrange a "free" return. First offer was 20% refund, then 40, 50 etc. After a number of emails I got an offer of a full refund only if I completely destroyed the shoes and sent photo. Obviously I wasn't going to do this for many reasons. Luckily I had purchased via PayPal so I contacted them and got a full refund. Do Not buy from this scammy company!

Struggling to obtain a full refund.

I received the shoes, they arrived later than expected but that was ‘ok’.
Unfortunately that’s all I can say that is positive to date.
I ordered two sizes of shoe in the same style. There is no difference between the two sizes and neither fit.
I emailed customer service to request the return address, enclosing photos of the shoes as requested. It took a little while for them to respond but when they did they offered a 20% refund and suggested I keep both pairs of shoes.
I politely declined and the offer increased but I don’t want the shoes - they don’t fit! This has been going backwards and forwards since the 27/8 - I just want a full refund in return for the fully resale-able goods. It’s so frustrating!

I don’t want the shoes I just want a refund….

This company keeps sending me emails at 01:30-0200 hours UK Time. The shoes are not as described, they are certainly not orthopedic as descriptions on the website. Absolute scam of a company. I have already written a review and still being messed about, telling me to keep the shoes at first offering 20% off then now offering 50% off. Shoes will not be worn due to poor quality, flat packed shoes leather damage/ fumes smelling and certainly not no where near of being orthopaedic.

Just send me the damn address for a full refund and stop sending emails giving discount. Do not order any shoes as they are no where near as pictures and shoes do not come in boxes quality of shoes poor. You would most probably have to carry an extra pair of shoes with you if you wear them as they will come apart. Very poor quality and very dramatic company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IF YOU DON’T WANT STRSS OF RETURNING. Absolute nightmare of a company and contact details are a joke

Really not what was ordered

Sorry to say that what was delivered was not what I thought I had ordered. The shoe in the picture looked well made and solid, not the cheap tacky shoe that arrived
Won't buy again.

Thanks for the reply but you have had lots of bad reviews and lots of time to improve your goods but still you continue to send your customers rubbish goods. I don't believe you mean what you say

The Art of Deception

Please do not purchase from this company as the quality is awful delivery takes weeks then the goods are not what you ordered.

Then they will not give you a refund but offer 14% off and you can keep the goods.

Eventually PayPal sorted a refund
