My shoes eventually arrived and the quality was very poor. Needless to say when dealing with a Far Eastern culture a series of increasing discounts was offered as no return was accepted, as if this changed the quality of the product! Avoid.
You may note below as this part is now an edit by me that they offer an address for a return, this is untrue. I threatened to report them to trading standards and I have retained an email from them saying that id I damaged the shoe and sent them a picture they would refund them! I replied that I would not engage in such activity as my rights would surely then be zero.

To start with they contacted me to say…

To start with they contacted me to say they didn't have the shoe I ordered and showed me a alternative shoe.
I replied,with as long as the alternate shoe has the same benefits then it's OK.
I eventually received the shoes. I examined them and could see no evidence of arch support and the area where the heel strikes the ground is quite thin and I thought these are not going to last very long before they have worn through to the cushioning membrane. The sole area is also quite thin. The insole felt cushioned so I gave them a try with a couple mile walk. They're ok but definitely not worth £50 and I have recently after three years of use worn through trainers that did all the things stunahome claimed with their trainer but my old ones cost £20.

Wish I could give 0 stars

Wish I could give 0 stars. What a bunch of crooks! Ordered leather slippers and received what I can only describe as rubbish made from what seems to be felt! There was some plastic too! Stay away for goodness sake. Another company that uses the photos from genuine companies and sells cheap rubbish that vaguely resembles the product. Disgusted.

I would give it NO STARS if there was an option

What wrong!!! everything apart from ordering the shoes and paying for them. I have learnt a valuable lesson to check reviews before i order!! I got the shoes, tried them on as soon as i got them and knew immediately that they were not going to be suitable. So i contacted the company as instructed on their website. I requested a full refund and instead the company is negotiating a % of refund and i keep the shoes. And then another offer increasing the % of refund and I give the shoes to the charity! All I wanted is my refund and they take the shoes. And why does it take over 15 days to process a refund? I kept on the case and recorded all my correspondence and eventually got a refund for the shoes minus
Postage: £5.99
Postage and packaging: £1.23
WHY!!! charge twice for postage I do not know! I have warned my family and circle of friends not to order anything from this company...

Good value at the offer price

I was glad I did not read the negative reviews before purchasing. I am sorry for the customers who were unsatisfied; thankfully my experience was different. I received the sandals on Monday having placed my order the previous Thursday. The style matched the picture, and they fit me comfortably. The fastenings are adjustable as advertised. I could have done with slightly longer straps as I have wide feet, but that was not part of the description. I hope they will help to stop my bunion developing. Thank you.

I really should have read these reviews…

I really should have read these reviews first. I usually do, but, I ordered two pairs of leather sandals. They looked so nice in the photos. They arrived, at last, and oh dear,
The quality is dreadful. Such thin leather. They look as if they would snap easily. They certainly do not look nearly as nice as the ones I thought that I had ordered. Definitely not worth half of what I paid for them .

Zero star

Very sad to say too many of us trust in anything that's advertised, assuming that Google recommends it.
I was angered for too long before writing my review. Probably should have done so earlier to avoid more people being scammed by this company. Its normal to buy, try on and return if you don't want or need the goods. Not so with this company.
The shoes bought were very poorly made, not fit for purpose. Looks completely different to advertised and the materials. The strange chemical smell of one of them gives you breathing problems.
The customer service is a joke they seem to think everyone is rich and wants to donate your hard earned money to them. Offering 20% then 40% refund. Do not accept that read the government's rules and laws on your statutory rights. act quickly. I got my full refund thank goodness.
I hope they improve in manufacturing and genuine advertisement.

2 pairs of rubbish

Bought 2 pairs, received 29/08/2025, totally below the quality for the price but sizing is tiny.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER!

This online shoe company has a lot to learn about customer service.
Improve their delivery times, the period stated on their website is very inaccurate I waited 3 weeks for shoes I ordered to arrive.
When shows did arrive 3 out of the 4 pairs did not fit. They have a dreadful returns policy, you have to email them with the reasons for wanting to return the products before they provide a return delivery address, really! In this day and age there should be a standard returns label or a returns portal as they’re an online shopping store. So anyway they also require proof of the reasons why you want to return the goods. Well if the product sizing is inaccurate what do they want a picture of my foot squeezed into a shoe that’s too small, Seriously!!!
They’re not great with their customer service that’s for sure. I’d like others to know to avoid this company like the Black Death plague and give them a very wide berth. If you don’t fancy jumping through hoops to deal with a potential return do not buy from these guys. Goods come from China and take too long to get here and nigh on impossible to return. PayPal will need to take this issue over that’s for sure.

BTW The response received from the seller to my review was met with their standard website returns process garbage which doesn’t actually deliver what it’s claiming is a full refund. If that were the case I wouldn’t be on Trustpilot writing a highly criticised review of their lack of service and resolution to a pretty standard straight forward issue. Provide a returns address or label so I can be reimbursed for poorly sized footwear!

I have never had such bad customer service. I purchased 2 sandal and i wanted to return them as they weren't suitable. It says on the website 100% refund if you are not happy.
This is not the case. First they offered me 20% back and i keep the shoes. I said no. Then they offered 40% back and keep or destroy the shoes in order to get 100% back. What a terrible waste of shoes in order to get a refund. Why could i not send them back and get my money back.

Wrong sandals delivered

I ordered a pair of orthotic sandals and when they finally arrived weeks later, they were not even packed in a box and they were clearly not orthotic and did not look like what I ordered at all. I have waited so long for these and now summer is practically over. Wish i had read the reviews first!
After this I asked to return the item and said I wanted a refund. They replied saying I could keep it and they would give me 30% refund! These sandals probably cost next to nothing and I dread to think of the conditions in which they were made. This really is unacceptable.
When I refused 30 % they offered me a 50% refund. When I refused that and insisted on a full refund, they said I would only receive that if I destroyed the sandals and took photos of them destroyed!! This is unethical and anti-ecological and I refuse to be part of it. They want to claim the insurance so they wouldn't have to pay anything for sending the wrong goods. This is how they make their money. how many others must have been scammed in the same way. I refused to destroy them so they said their only option was to offer me 50% back - with no offer to return the sandals. I accepted and will give the sandals to charity. However it wasn't even 50% so either they are trying to steal even more cash from me or they just can't do the math!! Will never use Stunahome again.

The sandals took a long time to arrive

The sandals took a long time to arrive. They are very comfortable though, lovely thick soft soles. I have really wide feet and they are my favourite sandals. My only complaint is the quality of the velcro as it has come undone twice when I've been out.

I ordered a pair of loafers and the item I got cannot be reconciled with what I ordered. The delivery took extra one week against the 3-day proposed duration. Returning item has been a nightmare and they would give a full refund. This shambolic website should be banned from trading. They know nothing about e-commerce. I do not think I could recover from the experience with this Chinese company. This is cheating people of their money, offering super sub-standard products and offering half refunds.

Awful

Awful. Do not use this company. I received the wrong shoe size, they say their sizes vary…! I asked if I could return them and they said no. The two solutions are receive a tiny refund or damage the shoes and then send a picture and they will refund the money…! They then go on to say but if you were environmentally conscious and a good person you would just accept the small refund and give these shoes away…! I’m baffled.

I searched for genuine leather shoes but the StunaHome shoes I received are flimsy plastic. Such a shame this deceitful company lets down the great Chinese business reputation. Cheap and nasty

The delivery was very slow. These shoes are cheap and the sizes are not Uk sizes they come up smaller. They have nothing about them as far as orthopedic shoes go.
Delivered in a plastic bag, no box. All in all I would never purchase from this company again, a complete waste of money.

Avoid at all costs

Buy at your peril. Bought a pair of trainers that looks great in the advert. In reality, poor quality and a bad fit. Have been trying to get a refund and send them back .... easy enough?? No, they say keep them and we will refund 25% .... then the bartering begins, up to 75% now but if I want 100% I have to destroy the trainers and send them proof. What a weird way to do business. Obviously consumer rights don't apply here, nor any rights to be honest. Please avoid buying, it's not worth the hassle, honestly 🙄🙄

I wish I'd come across these reviews before I brought sghoes from Stunahome. As previously said, their shoes are rubbish and, when I wanted to start a return, they tried to bargain with me. My latest email suggested I damaged the shoes in order to get a refund!!

Do NOT buy from this Company!

I bought a pair of sandals that were advertised as wide fit size 9 (I have one very swollen ankle), supposed to be adjustable (Velcro), but I couldn’t even fit the front of my non-swollen foot in as it wasn’t wide at all!
I have spent a week and 4 emails trying to return them; first they said no, then I was offered a 20% cost refund and to give shoes to charity, next I was offered 40% refund and again gift them to charity, they now state that that is the only offer as “we too have suffered “ - what a joke! The emails are supposedly written by a Katie and a Jill in their customer service department but I highly doubt that!
I am not willing to write this money off and will continue to fight!
Do NOT buy from this company!!
