I must admit I was hesitant to use this company but I decided to go with my gut feeling and order a rose for a friend’s daughter who had just lost her mum
It arrived promptly but alas the concierge sent it to the wrong block and wrong address
They were very helpful in tracking down the gift and today she received it,and was delighted with the gift and the card
Thank you to Margaret who sorted all this out
I would definitely order from this company again

Following this review, we've since been in direct contact with the customer and the issue was quickly and very amicably resolved as some slight transit damage which the rose very quickly recovers from, unfortunately, especially through spring and summer months, the growth can be very tender and liable on rare occasions to some slight damage, but the rose itself very much remains a very robust first quality plant that will give many years of wonderful displays. We would very much appreciate a re-appraisal of this review from Jo please and we are always here to help.
Superb roses
Beautiful roses from this company. I have bought 4 standard roses this month -

I am so impressed with this company
I am so impressed with this company. On this Monday we lost our beautiful fur baby Ollie. On Wednesday I found a rose from this company named Cherished Pet and decided to order it in memory of him. Just the next day it arrived and it’s so beautiful. I normally buy from a famous rose company and have always been very happy so I was a little apprehensive. No need because my rose is immaculate and it arrived the following day.!!! Thank you so much. I will definitely buy from you again

Top notch company, products and quality
Just received two bare root standard roses of which they are of an outstanding quality. Even the package is first class that the whole not part of the standard roses are fully wrapped individually in cling film to reduce loss of moisture. Customer services were exceptional in advising be of best item for location. Definitely a number one provider and bookmarked for future purchases

Thanks for the great review Angela, as you say, delivery, with all couriers, doesn't always go to plan and is out of our direct control, but we do always quickly resolve any issues when alerted and so pleased you were delighted with all roses that you've received in great condition.
Excellent, brilliant 🤩
I ordered 3 roses which were delivered only 2 days later! They are fabulous healthy plants with detailed instructions on how to look after them now and in the future. Great service and speedy delivery
I can't comment on the quality of the rose at the moment as it's winter and clearly not looking it's finest :-) I can comment on the great customer service though. My queries where answered very quickly even though it was over the Christmas break, and deliver was super speedy.

Many thanks for very your kind comments, we are so pleased all went well with your order and you've been left impressed with our service and advice, of course this is a time of year when garden roses are in full or partial dormancy with little or no leaves & not very attractive to look at but hopefully you will have also noted the strong and numerous basal stems which is a clear indicator of our excellent quality roses, but your patience will be more than rewarded next summer, rest assured!
Brilliant!
I ordered late but hoped I would still get the rose before Christmas, I need not have worried! It arrived early the next morning! Perfect condition, with healthy shoots. Securely packaged.
Great correspondence too.
I will always use Style Roses in the future & will definitely recommend them!
Brilliant service 🙂
Thank you
