Great low cost system with no ongoing monthly fees like other booking systems, very easy yo use and has made our restaurant bookings run much more efficently, highly recommend.

We recently signed up to Sugarvine as our online booking and table management. Wow, its been a revelation!! So easy for staff and customers to use, table management and turning tables is now so much more efficient. Our bookings are way up and so are sales. Back office is also great. Any question I have is always answered really quickly. Totally recommend this system

Twice we have booked tables via sugarvine and yet when we turned up the restaurant weren't expecting us. Problem is SV don't always send text or email confirmation, they just say don't worry if you don't get one as its definitely booked. But it isn't!

I contacted Sugervine to replace my current booking system and asked if I could try it with my restaurant configuration, unknown I accidently agreed to purchase one years subscription.
When I had a chance to really use the software I found it lacking in a lot of areas and a very un-user friendly piece of software which doesn't update the diary automatically which caused numerous problems.
After this I decided this is was not a patch on the free booking system integrated with my epos system, and told Sugervine that the software wasn't good enough and had flaws, this is when I found out that it wasn't a trial that I had agreed to purchase the software over the phone and they back it up with the threat of court action I paid the amount of £720 so to stop the emails and the threat of court action.
If you are looking for a restaurant booking system I advise you to look else ware as I paid the money but the software is not good enough to use.

Sugarvine, for me, is an exceptional
and easy to use booking system which has moved our business forward in the last few months since using it. It’s far more cost effective than some of the more well known booking systems and their staff and owners are really helpful.

We (Anatolian Grill - Manchester) were paying a huge amount of money for our previous online booking platform Quandoo as we were being charged per cover. Since taking up Sugarvine Tables we have saved hundreds of pounds per month with their flat monthly fee of £50. We have lost no covers and their back end system works well for us, as does their marketing. Service has been prompt too. I would recommend Sugarvine to other restaurants.
