Great Facebook group called unofficial icrtouch, that is what makes this software so good as very good community. very well done. there is always some one to help in the group.

I have had ICR out over 20 years and I can honestly say its the best system out there. Stand alone doesn't need the Internet like all other rubbish systems like eposnow. Internet outage costs you thousands

ICRTouch are a re-seller model POS provider who should be a last resort choice - avoid them if you can! Outdated software, incompetent after sale support from re-sellers and absolutely no support from the main company when the re-seller is not able to assist you. They're a dinosaur about to be obsolete if they go on like this. Some actual advise to the ICR Touch, if a customer makes the effort to contact you with feedback and a support request, especially when the re-seller is not able to help them, take the time to listen and actually make an effort to help, rather than giving us a rant about your processes that need to be followed. You're really disconnected from your actual users of the product as a company. What a waste of time, money and effort!

Product works fine, although it is very dated.
Service is totally dependent on your local reseller. Ours luckily is very good and any problems have been sorted out quickly.
Be careful though, as every feature you would expect to take for granted in a modern epos system, such as accounting software integration is behind a hefty paywall.
As an example, I pay the monthly license fee of £15 plus VAT for the software, on top of the monthly rental fees for the till, printer, and 2 handheld pads. Then they charge £20 plus VAT a month on top of that so you can access your back office on a computer. Then if you want that to integrate with anything at all, you have to pay an extra £20 plus VAT a month, so that's £40 plus VAT extra so far. If the thing you want to integrate with happens to be your accounting software then that's another £15 plus VAT per month.
Scandalous.
I'm currently looking at other options and will switch from ICRTouch as soon as possible.

Software in the last century not fit for purpose dont buy! I did and wasted my money!

I use this software every day. It's probably one if the best on the market and for the price it's a bargain.

Brilliant company that always goes the extra mile.

Local dealer, with false promises of support because they are round the corner. Wouldn't recommend at all. When I had any problems I was told I would have to phone their head office, who never seem to answer

There dealers are quick to sell you the products but lack support,
you cant get any support direct,
if system fails it takes days to sort
very bad customer service
will not speak to you directly about there product, they always divert you to there dealers or reseller.
will not take responsibility of there products.
they need to set up a user forum for customer answers not just the dealers
avoid purchasing this product
