The console is amazing! Looks fantastic, feels great in my hands. My kids and I love it, with so many games to choose from! Plus the packaging was top tier.

Ordered August 10th, item never arrived opened a case with paypal after contacting them and getting no where. They sent me an invoice reflecting that I placed my order September 4th and claimed that item was shipped. I ended up winning the case with paypal because I ordered through them so they knew the right date and till this day item never arrived. This business is a joke!

This business is an absolute joke. I ordered a PSP 3000 since August 10th hoping it would arrive for my birthday in September. When this didn't happen I reached out to them to cancel my order but I was told that I couldn't cancel. I filed a complaint with PayPal and all of a sudden I received a confirmation that the item was shipped and will delivered by the 24th of September from August 10th and to matters worse they send me a receipt/recap stating that I placed my order September 4th. This business is obviously a joke and can't be trusted, I definitely don't recommend this establishment and wish I red the reviews before making a purchase.

I'm really happy with my PS Vita. I've always wanted one, and now my dream has finally come true. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Thank you so much for the care you put into your products.

It took 2 months and me contacting your company several times to get my gba sp shipped. Don't give a time frame if you can't stick with it.

I got a GBA SP, PSVita OLED, New Nintendo 2DS and Nintendo Wii from SumoShopStore, and they always delivered a top console, clean as new and with the care that they deserved.

-Had incomplete cartridge & a replacement cartridge sent that does not play all the games.
The dslite took 2 months to come in of course, & extremely slow comm.
Otherwise great updated console with screen, case, new charging C port.

I purchased a modded PS Vita Slim (PCH-2006) from Sumoshopstore in August 2025, and after using it regularly for almost a year, I can honestly say that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered the console with a 1TB SD card and HENkaku installed, along with various emulators and software for the PS Vita. The console arrived in perfect condition and was packaged extremely well. Everything was clean, properly prepared and exactly as expected. I had absolutely no issues with the condition of the console or the packaging when it arrived.

The only thing that required some patience was the delivery time. I received the console approximately one and a half months after ordering, as it was shipped from the United States. However, in my opinion, the wait was absolutely worth it. Considering the preparation of the console, the large storage capacity and everything that was already installed and configured, I was very happy once I received it.

Since then, I have been using the PS Vita very regularly. I have also been able to install games and third-party applications myself without too much difficulty. This is something I particularly appreciate because the console gave me a very good starting point while still allowing me to learn and customize it myself.

The majority of the emulators that came pre-installed are also very good quality and work very well for my needs. Having a 1TB SD card is a huge advantage as well, especially when you want to use the Vita not only for its own games but also for emulation and other applications.

I also want to mention the Sumoshopstore customer service. I contacted them both when I placed my order and while my console was being prepared, and I found their communication to be very professional. My questions were handled seriously, which gave me confidence while I was waiting for the console to be shipped.

Overall, I am extremely happy with both the console itself and the service I received. In my experience, Sumoshopstore is one of the best, if not the best, stores for modded consoles, especially if you are looking for a properly prepared PS Vita with a large amount of storage and emulation capabilities.

The price-to-quality ratio is also reasonable considering the work involved in preparing and configuring everything.

Nearly one year later, I still use my PS Vita regularly and I have absolutely no regrets about buying it from Sumoshopstore. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a properly modded PS Vita. Five stars without hesitation !

Ps vita came in looking almost brand new . Packaged really good

I got scammed out of $189.98 for a Red Ice Skinned PSP console and got sent a bag and a Keychain instead. Never delivered what I purchased. I've contacted them saying either they refund my money or send the console i purchased. Ive gotten neither so, DONT BUY FROM HERE, plain and simple.

It’s perfect and i love and i love the psvita 2000 but the only thing that im not happy about is the process of modding and the journey of shipping it took about two months to arrive beside that everything was perfect and I hope I don’t face any problems in the future

I received my wii after two months of waiting, what did i expect? A perfect modded wii. Instead i got a wii that doesnt load any games probably because the files are corrupted or havent been done right, the only thing that worked was wii sports and my CD that i bought.

The wait time for my delivery was drastically undersold. I waited two months instead of the advertised two weeks. Customer service was less helpful as after the first messages, the blocked my emails. Overall, it was a very stressful experience since I paid so much for my order.

My experience with SumoShop regarded a PSVita. Throughout the process, SumoShop was very communicative, providing updates on build status, when the item would ship, and open to communication at any time. SumoShop makes the customer feel valued

I waited a month and 2 weeks for my game system finally got the system and only has about 20 games and I don’t play about 12 of them if it wasn’t for the GOD OF WAR and Assassin Creed games I would have sent it back for a refund

I received my PS Vita Slim on July 24th and I am completely in awe of how many games are within it!! I am so excited to dive into games that I haven't played since I was in elementary school! Also, I never had a Vita before so it's fun to discover the ways to use it as a standard handheld PLUS all of the things that Sumo placed within! Thank you so much for the timely delivery, the videos that showed the testing phase and making sure that everything was packed and placed well!

The only minor thing that I have experienced using the device is that I cannot scroll through games too fast on the lists or the app will either freeze or crash. So I have been going through the games slower while trying to figure out what game to start first! Thank you so much Sumo Shop Store!!

Order 43927 I placed my order a full month ago and it’s remained in packaging since. I was told it would ship of their response and nothing. This was a gift that I purchased three weeks n advance to avoid this issue. Gift missed yesterday. I would refund if possible at this point.
