The sale rep was not honest
The sale rep was not honest, I ask if i wanted to cancel what did i need to do. Just don't pay the bill is what he said ,They would come pick up.Looking to getting a lawer to get this cancel. He didn't ever say you are lock in for 25 years,he said sent they own the solar panels that they were cover for 25 year of warranty for any storm damage. he rushes you through the process to get you to sign.

Battery installation
The interaction was just right. I rep came to explain the product and the advantages as well as the disadvantages. No promises were made. The application was all handle by team. Installation was done professionally and the lead explain all that was happening. Everyone was professional and courteous.

Look I’m just a simple person
Look I’m just a simple person. I’m not a tech savvy guy. I can hardly use my cell phone. But from what I have observed by your sales people and the other representatives of your company that have contacted me from time to time to let me know what’s going on. I am completely satisfied with that. The only thing I had an issue with how long it took to get certified and hooked up. I wish there was a faster better way to do that.
Now I’m just waiting to see what my PG&E bill looks like in the next couple months to see if it’s going to save me anything in the long run and so far with the app that you gave me where I can see my progress on the system and everything so far, everything looks great I hope it continues and if I have any questions or I simply just need to contact you for some reason another at least I have your number and I surely will call you to let you know one way or the other, but I look forward to a future with you guys And thank you for all your help and your concerns. I don’t think it’s much it can be done that that you have already done making it any better at least on my part anyway.
Looking forward to a long future with your company and a wonderful people that work for you. They have been more kind and understanding than some companies I’ve had to work with at least they listen to you and try to solve the problem and for that I am grateful thank you so much.
