Over all doing well
Over all doing well. At times the tracking seems to drop off with blank spaces in both production and usage. I check about four times a week and see some blank spaces.

I worked here and installed a system of my own
I worked here and installed a system and both experiences were not good. Management are mostly clueless 20 year olds and the equipment is low quality and good luck getting a crew out when it breaks down to service it

Chris Crivello was wonderful in explaining the process and follow to make sure everything was going as he describe. He also came turn the system on late at night to ensure we were power up.

The install was good except the installation team had to move the electrical enclosure after the utility company said it wasn’t right.
The trench from the out building to the attached garage hasn’t been properly filled in and the stone border repaired.

The day of install the crew was on…
The day of install the crew was on time. They were very professional & explained everything that they were doing. It was quite impressive to watch. These guys knew what they were doing. They left the property just as they found it. We haven’t received our first electric bill yet but we are excited to see the savings. Parker & Shawn were the ones that came out to talk to us about getting solar panels installed. They are very nice young men & we really enjoyed talking to us. They are very knowledgeable & answered probably one hundred questions😭 I would definitely recommend Sunrun.

They just want your MONEY!
Sunrun purchased my solar system from Vivint and my warranty is good until 2029, Now my Solaredge Hub is not connected to the WiFi so I cannot connect the app to see if it’s outputting correctly? I contacted Sunrun and they want to charge me $700 to send a technician out to troubleshoot the issue? Or they want to charge me $500 a year for warranty service!!!! WHAT A RIPOFF!

Sunrun solar panels with Tesla battery backup power technology was installed and on line within 2 months. The backup power worked perfectly during the 14 hour power outage that we experienced on October 16th.
