I have a gambling addiction and I've been trying to close my account for two weeks. I have sent over 30 emails and spoken to live chat and been told every time that my request is being processed. I have provided all the required documentation to close my account and a week later, NOTHING has been done. I've lost thousands and I'm now unable to pay my rent as a result of not being able to close my account. This is the most disgraceful site I have ever encountered.

This Casino doesn't follow the Responsible Gambling Rules as they claim to do!!.. Repeatedly asked them to close account and block any further deposits due to gambling addiction.. They have failed to follow any instructions and allowed deposits to be made..
Numerous emails have been sent to the Customer Support Centre which are unanswered requesting assistance..
Due to the fact that they are unregulated, they will continue to take advantage of vulnerable people's addiction..

Just an update on the above review..
SUPER SPIN finally emailed me after reading my review, asking if they could help!!!..
This was only done so it would look as though they were interested in resolving my issue, which obviously they haven't.. Asking for documents to close my account which is extremely unusual, but finally my account was closed without providing anything..
I expect this is another scam of SUPER SPIN..
Still awaiting on a reply to the email I returned to them..
Actually had the nerve to ask me to amend my review!!..
Deposits made after SUPER SPIN were told about my addiction and to block any further deposits have still not been received..
Hopefully the Games Regulator will revoke their Licence..

FURTHER UPDATE
SUPER SPIN are using bogus Company names when deposits are made.. Numerous name's are showing in my Bank Statement.. This is being investigated by my Banks Fraud Department obviously this is highly suspicious!!!..

I’ve sent a number emails asking you to close my account and every time someone replies saying they need bank statements, pay slips, a selfie of me holding id. I have stated in each email that I have an issue with gambling, but your agent doesn’t give a crap and keeps asking for all the personal information. Why would you need all this information to close my account ? unless you are using stalling tactics knowing that I have a gambling issue and you want me to keep pumping money into your casino. Once someone advised you that they have an issue, you should be closing that account down right away.

An update to show you how bad SuperSpin is.

I requested my account to be closed almost a week ago explaining that I am not in control of my gambling and lost my rent money on there casino.

Criei conta neste casino. Mais tarde no dia 16/02/2026 solicitei o encerramento de conta por vício de jogo e por já me ter tentado suicidar devido ao vício de jogo. Não encerraram a minha conta de imediato, encerraram apenas hoje dia 24/02/2026. Depois de ter ameaçado fazer queixa a regulação de jogos on-line e aliás, já o fiz!
Estou a solicitar a restituição de 625€ dinheiro que depositei após solicitar o encerramento da conta por vício de jogo!
Não aceito que brinquem com a minha doença, a União Europeia não permite que as coisas sejam feitas desta forma e eu vou levar isto até às últimas consequências para que nem eu nem mais ninguém passe por isto!
