I had issues with closing my account until Support Manager Valeri picked up my case. Valeri personally closed my account under self-exclusion and was very quick in responding to my messages. Although I decided against using Super Spin, the support from Valeri was excellent and much appreciated.

If I were to offer some constructive feedback it would be that I would recommend that Super-Spin add responsible gambling tools to the account page on their site, so that users can self-exclude and manage their limits themselves to avoid this situation in the future.

My experience is the same, told I’m verified but every time my withdrawel gets cancelled asking for more ridiculous things like payment slips etc.

I’m waiting for them to ask for a receipt from 1980 for a packet of sweets.

Edit: withdrawel received despite a one cancelled due to error.

I wanted to share my recent experience with this site.
I won £750 on 28th January and was initially asked to provide several documents to verify my ID and bank card. I supplied everything requested, and after about a week I received confirmation that my documents were satisfactory and that my withdrawal would be processed.
Shortly afterwards, I was informed there was an issue within the accounts department and was asked to split the withdrawal into smaller amounts. I reduced the withdrawal to three payments of £250. The following day, only one payment was processed.
Since then, I have contacted support several times for an update on the remaining two withdrawals (£500 outstanding). I have now been told they are being verified again, despite my account previously being confirmed as fully verified.
I find it very concerning that after approving my verification and processing one payment, the remaining withdrawals are still being delayed under further checks.
Based on my experience, I would urge players to exercise caution.

Deposited easy and withdrawn easy just needed to verify my details, otherwise so far a great experience.

I wish I had read the reviews before depositing with these guys. So far I have deposited over £500 and tried to withdraw over £700 unsurprisingly the depositing didn’t have an issue but the withdrawal is a totally different matter!! I have submitted many times over the documentation that has been requested ( you had to wait for them to email these requests) they’re asking for the same things I have already sent over and over. I can and will supply evidence of this should I not get paid ( watch this space) however should I get paid I will remove this but in the meantime be careful!

I contacted support again last night to see why my account hasn’t been verified they checked my details and said they’ve completed verification and to wait for confirmation…
Email to say further checks may be asked for…..
This morning the withdrawal has been cancelled again ( no explanation) I have submitted withdrawal for the 10th time and waiting to see what happens. I will contact support later if it doesn’t go through!
Update…….. unsurprisingly super spins want to remove this post!
Over the week of having a balance of £900 they kept cancelling my withdrawal request… I have emails and screenshots of ALL the correspondence in which they claim they processed the withdrawal only for my bank to reject it Utter rubbish!!
Sadly I ended up losing the balance because I had totally lost any hope that they are genuine!!
If you look at their ratings only 1* & 5* reviews which is a red flag in itself!
Trust these at your peril!
