Ash arrived at exactly the time he said he would and i was greeted warmly with a smile.
He asked if i had any questions before starting the map on my Jaguar XF 2.2 TD.
The job was completed in around a hour with great respect shown to my car which was appreciated.
I was asked to take a test drive which i did and noticed the difference immediately.
He did a brilliant job and would recommend him and Superchips to anyone.

Re -map done on my X5 3.0 twin turbo. Result is amazing. Michael was excellent, friendly and punctual. He was very relaxed and professional. Kept me up to date on the install and informed me of the cars history and DPF condition.

I recently phoned this company to inquire about remapping my car to improve fuel efficiency, but I was met with rude and disrespectful behavior from the staff. They were awful and unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. If you don't give a service like this just say so! I pride myself on leaving 5-star reviews on Trustpilot, but due to how bad they were, I actually created a new email account just so that this negative review would not be on my main account to remind me how bad they were.

I had a stage one remap on my BMW 3 series touring done by Josh at superchips took him 30 mins very quick and efficient service, noticeable difference in my cars performance would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using there services in the future

Credit given where credits due. Had the pleasure of Tom (Thomas) Gilbert coming out to do a carbon clean and map on my car as well as a carbon clean on my mums discovery. He was right on time, professional and took the time to explain the process I couldn't fault the service. Both cars most definitely feel better for the services carried out. Thank you

Had Micheal come out on time process was really fast under 30 mins gave me good advice to change the spark plugs after the remap would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a tune for my car since there's no one in my area that can provide this kind of service. I wanted to tune my car without stressing the engine too much. After a quick search and reading good reviews, I found out about this tuner. I installed and tested the Bluefin tune during the last few days (Ford Fiesta MK8 ST-line 1.0 Ecoboost 99bhp). The car is now up to 138bhp and 230 NM of torque, which is still in the factory limit. Amazing result! The car is now so much fun! The torque is just there, always ready starting from 2000rpm. 2nd and 3rd gear used to be so disappointing, now they are super fun and the car just pulls away. Alientech device is super easy to use too. Super happy! Quick response and great assistance from the team. Thanks a lot!

Michael arrived bang on time, explained in detail what he would do, talking me through every step.
Told me some history of the company very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Took my mini coupe 2.0 TD for a test drive and was suitably impressed. 40bhp increase and you certainly notice the difference.
Would definitely recommend and will be using again for sure.

This review is about the misleading website customer experience and acceptance of an order and does not relate to the product. After much deliberation, I took the plunge and ordered a remap. Everything looked fine on the website, my vehicle was accepted and my money taken. Within seconds of placing the order Tom, their engineer, advised by text that due to my ecu being Freescale, whatever that means, Superchips are unable to map my vehicle. If Tom knows this simply from my registration, surely the website should be equally well informed and give accurate data, advising that the service wasn't available before accepting my payment. I feel mislead. - Update: I appreciate the detailed response.

Remap and Carbon clean Scirocco 2lt TDI auto
Once booked, Michael, the engineer contacted me to arrange a time and again on the the day before the appointment to confirm arrival time.
Arriving early, Michael patiently waited for me to come out of my place of work and explained the process clearly. The Remap took about 10 mins and the Carbon Clean 30 mins.
My Scirocco was 168BHP, now it's 196BHP (excellent) More responsive, quicker acceleration and smoother gear changers from the DSG.. Very happy!
I would definitely use this company again!

Absolutely brilliant process from initial inquiry, purchase and installation.
Daryl, my engineer kept me informed of his arrival via text throughout the day of installation.
Kept me informed throughout the process of installation; the nuances of my old and high mileage Mini!
The ECU Performance tune was perfectly executed and was exactly what I asked for.
Improved the throttle response and torque across the entire rev range. Power increase from 75bhp to 136bhp (2011 Mini One 1.6 Naturally Aspirated)
The car is much smoother, quicker, responsive and now the drivetrain matches the excellent chassis. A little pocket rocket.
Also was a half price promotion for July 2025.
I highly recommend Superchips, they know what they are doing.

Great service from Simon: previously had a Bluefin, which worked well, so thought I'd try the mobile service this time, as there isn't a Bluefin for mine. He went through the whole process, explained what was happening as we went along, the pitfalls if the car wasn't in good condition to start with (it is), took great care with the car ( a new to me Range Rover), checked for pre existing fault codes, the job was done, tested & the improvement was exactly as I'd hoped.

Wanted to improve the performance of our motorhome. Well, the difference is utterly amazing. Improved pulling away and less changing gears on hill, it really is night and day between the original and now.
Daryl was prompt, explained the process and asked me to follow up and let him know if all was ok.
