The worst seller I have ever dealt…
The worst seller I have ever dealt with. Sent the wrong part (a packing error by their supplier). Then the onus is on the buyer to prove that he has the correct engine for the part purchased. They will not send the correct item, and stopped email contact. Absolutely do not waste any time with this untrustworthy seller.

Faulty products and wont replace them
Not happy, I ordered some Sach shocks from them. Had them professionally installed, they failed after less than 15km. Super spares asked for a report, so I paid for a report which states a "manufacturing fault inside the front struts". Then they asked for invoices for the install and report writing costs to claim, so I sent those. Then they asked for photos of the serial numbers on the struts, so I sent that. Now after all this they ask me to send them the front struts that are currently on the car.... How can the front struts be taken off without something to replace them... I am lodging a claim with NCAT

Instructions Ignored
Ordered a part, as I am away from home , I told them not to dispatch it for 2 weeks. Then found out I needed other parts to fit this part which I didn’t know at the time so sent another email cancelling order as it wasn’t dispatched yet. GUESS WHAT , instead of replying to my email like they did before , they dispatched the order. Received a text, rang them straight away & now they are saying they can’t stop the delivery. Can they not ring the courier company before it even leaves the state as it is not an Express delivery. Anyway will not be getting my business anymore. I have lodged an official complaint . Poor Customer service.

I found the site easy to use and prices very competitive. Refreshing to be able to buy from an Australian supplier instead of my usual FCP Euro shop. I used the 1300 number to question some missing parts from my order. This as also a very good experience. My order was split from different warehouses and arrived about 2 hours after I called. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Very happy. 👌
