Purchasing insurance was good
Purchasing insurance was good. Trying to get assistance on getting a pink card over holidays was bad. I have been phoning since Christmas Eve and have received busy signals and no response to emails. There seems to be no way to contact wawanesa directly. At the moment I am very frustrated.

We have canceled our insurance October 1,2025 we emailed them that we no longer renew our policies, the representative responded October 15,
The service was too slow. we got our new policy to other company but still got deducted to our debit account for November and December and nothing happened until now no reversal. Not impressed!!

We will be investigating this further, as our response time should be much faster than 15 days. When a cancellation is requested, we typically require a signed cancellation form from all named insureds on the policy. Once that is completed, we promptly notify the insurance company.
If any overpayments were made, the insurance carrier will issue a refund directly. We’ll review your case to ensure everything is handled correctly and as quickly as possible.

Nick is a great agent and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful for me as a first time home insurance buyer. He made the entire process of getting set up and going through my first few payments smooth and efficient. Any time I had any questions he responded to my text/call within 24 hrs!
