Very bad service. Rajkumar driver who took us to Missouri's was the worst possible driver . No professionalism no ethics. Rash driving. No customer service. In fact horrible customer service. Do not ever book with them . Rajkumar was the worst driver ever. Regret booking with Suri tours.

Few days before I ordered a taxi from Delhi to Manali. There were two of us, women, foreigners. The manager was kind, wrote the price of the trip, where everything is included. We ordered a Sedan. A sedan car picked us up in Delhi. I was surprised that the NUMBERS WERE WHITE, NOT YELLOW, LIKE A TAXI. okay. This driver asked me to pay him 3000 rupees, I paid. Not far from Chandigarh, a man came up to us - he said that we needed to change the car. No one said me about this before. Good. We changed the car, moved to the Toyota Innova. The driver was nice. I was ready to give him tips. But in Manali, right at the hotel, the driver told me the amount of 1,500 rupees more than I have to pay. I wondered why? He lied to my face! He told me on the way that he said me to pay more for the operation of the air conditioner in Himachal Pradesh and I agreed! It's not true. We didn't talk about air conditioning!
I said I wouldn't pay, that's a lie. A scandal broke out. The driver yelled at me, began to blackmail me that he would go to the police. I'm shocked! I contacted the manager, to which the manager replied that I had asked the driver to turn on the air conditioner and said that I would pay for it separately, called me a liar. And he also began to blackmail me with the police. I didn't ask anyone to turn on the air conditioner, it worked all the way from Chandigarh to Manali. Neither the driver nor the manager said that this is an additional, paid service! This is a disgusting company service! Both the manager and the driver know that two foreign women are sitting in the car in a foreign country! And at the same time they are trying to deceive them, also to blackmail them! I'm terrified. As a result, under pressure, I paid 1000 rupees to the driver. And we were stressed all evening. This is the disgusting behavior of the driver who brazenly deceived me, who yelled at me and also forced me to pay money from above. And the manager has no right to behave like this with clients! He must conduct all communications with me, he must warn me about all extra payment.

Mr Raja our driver was very well behaved and a very good natured person..he won our trust very easily and our 6year old child became his favorite co-rider...Would recommend him for any kind of tours..

The cab was on time and drivers were also decent had no problem during the entire trip from Delhi to Nanital and back. One way cab. 4 june 2023.
