We have book our tour for char dham on 19/05/2023 with Suri travels but the driver is very rude and drink and drive the tempo like hell he keeps alcohol with him in the tempo and drives very roughly he has criminal record he said it himself he said that he has been jail for six months and threatened us by keeps saying it he stops the tempo in between the road and said delete the review otherwise tempo will not start he molest my sister and wife by keeps watching them we continuesly complain the agency for changing the driver but agency will not take any action we have to suffer because we have senior citizen so we tolerate but then he stopped the tempo and said give me Money otherwise I will not drive and we have to change the vehicle our money got wasted we called the cops and than they hire a taxi for us for Badrinath. And also he keeps fighting with other drivers on road some people beated him his name is naresh the agency will not take any action after we complained for him lot of time agency owner will not take any responsibility... just do not take any services from them… If there is possible I will not give any star to this agency

Vahiyat service from Suri travel we booked tempo traveller for char dham yatra but the driver(mr.naresh) is very rude with us and also with other vehicle drivers he fights with everyone on road and his behaviour is way worse than ever he drives roughly in mountains also we felt that we die anytime with him and the agency is not taking any action on that and never give good response the driver has criminal records said by himself threaten us by saying this he just tortured us in our whole journey....very bad service by Suri travels never recommend them for any journey..... ये रिव्यू मेने पहले भी डाला था पर एजेंसी के मालिक ने बीच रास्ते गाड़ी रोककर रिव्यू डिलीट करवाया उसके बाद ही गाड़ी स्टार्ट करवाया अभी रास्ते में गाड़ी रोक कर बोल दिया के में गाड़ी आगे नहीं बढ़ाऊंगा क्युकी उसके पास गाड़ी में पेट्रोल भरवाने के पैसे नही है एजेंसी को हमने ८०% पैसे दे दिया और लास्ट २०% दिल्ली में देंगे अभी वो गाड़ी रास्ते में रख के बैठ गया है के वो गाड़ी नहीं चलाऊंगा इसका कोई चरित्र ही नहीं है ये लड़कियों को छेड़ता है ऐसे देखता है की हमको ऐसे देखता था जैसे हमको शर्म आ जाती थी। ड्राइवर दारू पी के गाड़ी चलाता है कभी भी इसके साथ सफर मत करना सूरी ट्रेवल्स का बॉस और ये वाहियात ड्राइवर नीच है
