I have yet to receive my order
I have yet to receive my order. It's going in a circle. From Louisville to Evansville. Back to Louisville and then back to Evansville. When it gets to Evansville it sits there for 2 days or longer. At this point I'm not very happy at all. This was purchased for my granddaughter for Christmas. At the rate it's going she'll get it when she has kids or grandkids of her own.

Your order was shipped promptly. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over USPS’s internal routing decisions, and sometimes packages move between regional facilities in ways that appear unusual.
The good news is that the tracking clearly shows it is scheduled for delivery today by 9 PM.
Please know we’re closely monitoring this from our side as well. If, for any reason, you don’t receive your package by Monday, we will immediately arrange a free replacement so you’re not left without your grandkid’s gift before Christmas.

UPDATE: The package was delivered just a few hours later on December 5th at 11:50 AM. We’re glad it arrived safely.

What I like was the fast shipping and…
What I like was the fast shipping and prompt reply, the item was properly packages and I recieved it in great condition. However, what I recieved was not what I purchased . The book I purchased had the original Indie cover in the advertisment and also in the invoice . I recieved a different cover other than advertised . While they were apologetic and attempted to fix the problem . I still felt I got the short end . I was offered to keep for a 50% refund or a full refund at my own expense . I know they are a small budiness but I feel they should have sent me a shipping label for a full return . Not wanting to spend more money I opted for the 50% refund which was quick as well.

Once a package is in USPS’s possession, we don’t have control over their internal scanning or tracking updates — and sometimes tracking updates are delayed while items move between distribution centers.
