Spent £17 not to recieve my order. After being a customer for years from two different addresses they don't want to nor will do the right thing and replace the sweets.
Bad customer service and I will be avoiding your company from now on as you you care about is taking people's money. Be wary of this company people!

Ordered from Sweeties Direct for the first time and I was impressed with the quick delivery, however some of my order was missing.
I contacted the company on at least 2 separate occasions to explain items which I had paid for were missing from my order, however they failed to respond to my messages sent via their ‘get in touch’ link. Very disappointed and very frustrating to be ignored and for them to keep the money for items not sent. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from them again.

I would like to say have used Sweeties direct several times now to send sweets to family elsewhere in the country. The service is second to none fast, efficient and just fantastic. Quick reply to any questions I ask.
I can not recommend them enough.

Iv had a couple of orders from sweeties now.. and both times the sweets have been lovely and fresh.! Super fast delivery.! And the people are pretty cool too.! Love the way they look after their customers with the free fudge.. discount codes and free delivery. Will 100% continue to use sweeties 😊

Sweeties provided a sweeties bike and fudge as wedding favours for our wedding this weekend, and it was loved by all! The bike was enjoyed by adults and children, and having our names and wedding date on the bags gave it a lovely personal touch! We were also given extra fudge as a surprise which made our amazing day even better! Thank you Mr and Mrs Sweeties for always delivering and exceeding our expectations! We would definitely recommend as an addition to any weddings and events! X
