Placed an order and a couple days later got a email saying my product was out of stock so would issue a refund. Sent a couple emails and have no reply. Been over a month and still have not received my refund. Scam company. Stay away.

Ordered, they missed the delivery date, so I requested a cancellation and got no response. I put in a PayPal claim, they finally responded and ignored the cancellation request and sent it anyway. Order was missing items. Requested a return which was also ignored. PayPal found in their favour as they had proof of delivery but I’ll follow up on that separately. Looks like the website is now down and they’ve shut down. Shockingly poor behaviour and customer service.

I ordered toffee on the 19 December 2024, messaged them on 4 January 2025, have had no response or update from show box treats on order, so think I may have been scamed, will not be making any further purchases.

Ordered millions gift box.

Description says vegetarian/vegan friendly - strawberry and bubblegum chews contain beef gelatin.

Vimto millions have a best before of Jun 2024.

Absolutely useless. Will not use again.

Ordered on 3rd of December for my daughters birthday on the 16th. Items still not arrived. No communication from them until I opened up a dispute with the bank. Appalling service, definitely will not be recommending.

I placed a order on the 24th November money had been taken and still no sweets I've sent many messages and not getting any replys don't waste your money on this company so ordered from elsewhere and already received my order I won't hold my breath getting refunded

I place an order on the 28th November and I still haven’t received it. I messaged them on their chat Tuesday 10th December and when they answered back they promised it would be prepared that evening and shipped on their express service. It’s now Thursday and it still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve tried calling but they will not answer the phone. I’ve messaged them again and they’re now not answering. Very dissatisfied with the service from this company and will order from elsewhere in the future.
Edit…it has now finally been delivered, all good you may think. No! The package was labelled as fragile but was not packaged accordingly. I ordered 2 tubs of sweets and both tubs were damaged beyond all recognition and the contents were all loose in the box. They had just been chucked in the box loose with no extra support around each tub. I reiterate what I said above, I will never order from this company again even if it costs me more money.

Not received my order and they won't answer my emails. I've only given them one, because I can't give less than that. They are just con-merchants.

Apauling service, I placed an order & money was taken, then received a email 2 days later to say item not in stock & I would get a refund as soon as possible when their website says refund immediately 😞
I then sent another email chasing my refund which by this time it was 11 days after placing my order, no responce, emailed again today 16 days after order was placed, yet to receive a response & no refund.
I wished I had read the reviews before I placed my order. I like to use small businesses & believe any supplier should be given time to give refunds but not to respond just gets customers backs up, I will update if I get my refund of even a responce

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order with this company. I paid extra for express delivery which is advertised as 1-2 business days. No email to say that this item has been dispatched and no reply to emails asking for an update. I will give this company one more day to reply to me otherwise I will contact my credit card company and ask for a full refund for this company failing to adhere to the terms of the contract.

Ordered from these, 2 packages were missing and 2 other packages weren’t the same sweets as stated on their website. Emailed them twice and heard nothing. Shop on tik tok rather than this company. At least on tik tok you can see your live order.

Well packaged, great sweets at great prices

I've ordered from here a few times. I only ever order the 1kg picknmix, but so far I've had no issues. The sweets are always so fresh and not stuck together. The selection is great also! No cheap sweets in site :) very happy

This review is based on my current experience with this company.

I ordered £43 of goodies for a gift on June 30th 2024. I received an email on 1st July telling me order was on the way, all items listed as ordered. Nothing missing. I noticed they’d used a courier, EVRi and I would track it. Today I noticed the tracking said they were awaiting my package, I thought there must be a tracking problem so I contacted them only to discover:
- my package is not on its way
- they couldn’t really say when it would be, they were vague
- I asked to upgrade delivery as it’s a gift - they said it wasn’t possible, so I asked for a refund.
- They said they could upgrade delivery but a bulk of my order is not in stock ( I kid you not )
- I’ve asked for a refund - I’m very concerned that I may have been scammed out of £40+ and wish I’d seen these reviews before I placed an order.

I think it’s deception to sell things you don’t actually have and confirm that they are being delivered when it’s completely untrue.

Total scam! Stupidly ordered from them a few times as too trusting! They didn't deliver for a while stating that waiting on items out of stock and could they send without delayed items, but with refund, but no refund received! So not buy from them! They are not being honest as this has happened 3 times now before I wised up to them! As others have said, there are plenty of sweet suppliers, so try elsewhere... 😊

Ordered several different sweet options and on the most part these were good apart from a few split bags. Packaging definitely needs improvement. Main frustration was a missing bag of sweets. When I emailed to inform them of the missing bag I was told an email was sent to all effected customers to advise that due to a supplier issue they were unable to fulfil certain products but to avoid delays they took the decision to despatch orders and refund for effected items. No email was sent and despite chasing several times still no refund! After 4 weeks I don’t believe this refund is coming so hence the review! I hope the money they kept was worth it!

Unlike other reviews we have had several deliveries from Show Box Treats and they've been great. Packed well in outer packaging, sweet pouches are good quality and sweets, and selection, we're great. About to place another order.
