Honestly I’m so frustrated with this company for the following reasons :

They were very helpful when we just started , then they said we were approved . We scheduled the appraiser then got a call that we needed to cancel it because we weren’t really approved yet . Then the communication went dark , when I get ahold of Erik it’s we are working on it and even my manager doesn’t know why it’s taking so long !!!! Then they tell me to pay a medical bill that’s on my report for $60 and that’s what’s holding things up so then I do it right then and was told would here no later than Tuesday we’ll now it’s wednesday and still nothing ... o bye the way they have pulled my credit every other day since March 30th and can’t explain why !!

Because of exceptional service I am writing this review. I received there call through lending tree and from the first call I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone. Jason and Molly were very helpful and did everything they could to get me refinanced! I will definitely be using them again.

Eric and Chelsie were great to work with on the refinance of our house. They kept informed the whole time and got us funded quickly!

So far it's been great! Professional... easy to get in touch with... Very courteous!

I was referred to an appraisal company. Which charge me $225. The name of the Company United States appraisal. The appraiser came out to my home and said he did not do manufactured homes. He took pictures. And I never heard from him again. No one at First direct lending. new how to get my money back. I never got a loan. I will never use first direct lending. And I will not recommend. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau. I should receive a full reimbursement.

Thank You!!! That's what I have to say to Molly Easley and Ron Easton! first of all, I never give out 5 stars as there is always room for improvement, but these two were close! They helped make a stressful time, for my mother, a breeze! Yes, there were some complications (usually are) but they both worked with us and helped get everything taken care of. I recommend them highly!

Overall, an excellent experience with this mortgage lender.

I was shopping around to get a cash out refi.. Couldn't find anyone to help with my needs.. one day I received a letter in the mail, seemed to good to be true..my wife said try it see what let down you will receive.. so I called them and talked to Christopher Cortez..he has to be the most polite person I had ever talked to.. he was with me ever step of the way.. if he said he would run some numbers and call me back in 30 min, he would be right on time.. He gets a A+++++ in my book.. the next process of the loan. I got passed on to the loan officer, his name was Kyle Rendon..I swear if he wasn't the 2nd nicest and polite person I have talked to.. Kyle was great, if I didn't answer the phone, he would leave me a voicemail telling me what he was going to say. Then would follow up threw email.. it was very easy thru this whole process.. I have nothing bad to say, we closed with in 3 weeks. Old loans paid off, just can't say enough about just how good this company is..
