Michelle Wright worked so hard to help me get my refinance for only 4 weeks . She worked with me in a very professional manner . She knows very well what I need and every time I have a question she will always give me answer right away . Very easy to talk to either phone , email or text .
The ironic part is I don’t really know Michelle personally as my loan officer , just got her from random telemarketing phone call that I happened to answer . I’m a bit skeptical when I first talk to her because I had a bad experience from the loan officer that I had last year before Michelle. After the 2nd phone call with Michelle , I kind a give her a chance to talk more and then I felt that I can trust her . Sure enough my decisions were right , she’s one great loan officer. She listens to what I request and do her best to deliver .

Jesse Herrera was my loan officer. He was very professional, tough under pressure, and delivered a successful loan despite challenges. I was referred to Jesse by Martha Cannady at Merrill Lynch. I was originally going through Bank of America for my home loan, but they were over a month past the original escrow date close estimate and kept reducing my loan amount from what the pre-approval letter promised. Jesse came in and doubled my loan size and closed in a little over two weeks. He communicated with me through the whole process keeping me and my realtor updated. I would refer him to any of my closest friends and know they were in good hands.

I recently completed a refinance for my home in order to move from a variable rate mortgage loan to lower fixed-rate loan with Refi.com. From the very beginning, the mortgage loan officer/broker listened to what I was seeking and why. Simple documentation was requested at first. Then additional documents were needed because of my circumstances and types of employment -which required lots of verification. However, my ‘rockstar’ contact, Rachel Ross, at Refi.com was an excellent communicator (and cheerleader) whether verbal, or via text or email and very quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. Dealing with only one individual was absolutely great! The entire process overall was relatively simple, although involved. I observed she had all the ‘I’s’ dotted and ‘T’s’ crossed to eliminate any issues in getting my loan approved. The loan processing team reviewed everything to ensure all went well when presented to the lender. Everything was completed digitally except for the final signing with a notary at my convenience. Overall great experience for the win!

I received many offers from big companies to get my home refinanced have great income but not so great credit but within what they said was good for them. But they lied and never got pass the first conversation. God send Michelle she said we will work this. Never gave up and walked me through what ever needed to be done and kept me in courage’s.
