I can honestly say that ReFi.com is a legit company. After being initially contacted by ReFi.com, I did some research to see if they were an 'actual' company and liked the online reviews (and not just the reviews on their website). I contacted Rachel Ross and she passed my refi to Jesse Herrera. Once in the hands of Jesse, my refi went rapidly. We communicated by phone and email almost daily to ensure that he had all the required documents. In just over two weeks, my refi loan was ready close. Refi.com got me a much lower interest rate, paid off both my loans (mortgages), took 5 years off my original 30yr loan (I had 25 years left & they put me into a 20 year loan), and then lowered my monthly payments by $50 a month.
