Best re-fi experience I have ever had! James Williams was the broker who worked with me during the entire process. Everything was done on line except for the Notary Public signing. I am not computer-savvy but James was very patient and helped me every step of the way. His responses to my questions and concerns were very timely and comprehensive. He was always available, even on weekends and evenings. When issues arose that needed input from other sources, James knew who to contact for answers. In turn, he responded to me quickly with full explanations. He was always very courteous and professional (and had a great sense of humor), even when my ineptness with the computer was evident. James provided the kind of all around excellent service that one should expect to receive. I would DEFINITELY recommend James and Refi to anyone who is looking to refinance.

Jesse reached out to me on his own accord and explained why it's a still a great time for me to refinance even though we had refied 8 months ago and lowered our rate by 2/3. He was was able to get my interest rate another 2/3 lower. Jesse narrowed down the necessary documents I needed to submit, set expectations early and was sensitive to my concern about containing closing costs.

Part of the refi required wiring funds. When I went to the bank, the facial expression on one of the banker was blown away when she asked me about the secured interest rate. Despite rising rates, Jesse was able to get me a historically low rate.

I had a very good experience with Refi.com. This is a true story and I have no connection to the broker that helped us refinance our home. My agent's name was Erik Rogers. He had all the qualities I was looking for. He always and I mean always answered the phone when I called which was important to me as I went through this process. He called me when there was any updates and I give him 5 stars for his communication skills. He was also patient with me when I didn't understand something. I felt he was working for my best interest. I have had alot of refinances over the years and Erik was the best one.
