The process was pretty smooth. The agent was very accessible, communicative, and patient. Would be a five-start except for 2 issues: 1) I was charged twice for the home inspection and it took a bunch of calls and a chargeback to clean that up, and 2) the closing costs that were quoted to me in the very early stages were significantly less than what was in the initial documents. I think this was just a mistake because I could have pulled out w/o any penalties or costs once I saw the actual value.

I worked with Gerardo Mendez and considering that we refinanced 8 properties, the process went smoothly. Now my interest rates are in the 3% range. I will work with Gerardo again for future purchases.

I like to start by saying me and my husband started our refinance before the Covid 19 started and let’s just say the timing was horrible we almost completed everything but when we were getting employment verifications done I was temporarily laid off and everything came to a complete stop. The one thing that didn’t stop though was my broker Billy Hoang it keep in contact with me and wrote letters explaining I was only temporarily off work and even called my office manager to confirm I had a job to return to. Billy worked hard for us until finally he got are loan approval . I really feel Billy Hoang and everyone at refi.com Went the extra mile and more for us I would highly recommend this company and Billy Hoang.

I have refinanced my home of 30 years multiple times. It's generally an arduous process - one that I always can't wait for it to be over, but not with Refi.com.

I began the process by contacting your competitor, Better.com, a company who I had found on Bankrate.com. The person with whom I spoke was not a broker and it became apparent that she could not thoroughly answer my questions. She arranged for one of their brokers to follow up with me. This was first thing in the morning and I didn't hear from their broker until dinnertime. I didn't answer the call.

The next day, Bankrate sent me a text suggesting that I follow up with two additional companies, one of which was Refi.com, but before I could research your firm or make a call, the phone immediately rang and it was your broker, Erik Rogers, who in case you don't yet know it, is your greatest asset.

His communication was clear, concise and knowledgeable. And, he was so pleasant in a natural way. I liked him immediately and tried not to let that influence which company I would ultimately choose. The next day he presented me with a check list of all the documents he would need and the following day (Saturday) I was sending him one after another. All the way through, Erik was communicating with me - on a Saturday no less! And virtually each day until closing, Erik always followed up or followed through on something, always doing it with such a personable manner.
