A few snags here and there but every thing workek out well

The whole process was exhausting.
Were were promised money back, we were promised timely closing , email and call were not answered in a timely fashion.
No money back, closing took way longer than promised due to title company dropping the ball. Cost us more money than than first initiated.

There was lack of communication between me and my broker there were promises made stating that I would get a return call At a certain day with no return call. When Idid get a call there were Many excuses on how things were going. In the beginning it seems to be a good loan but towards the end it’s the longest refi. I ever had best of look.
